i used to sleep for 7 hours mostly, but now that its quarantine it seems to have transferred from 7 hours to 5-7 hours, or even less because i sometimes wake up at 5:30 for some weird reason, and i can't go to sleep after thatz0z wrote:

also... oof that napping too long thing is oddly relatable to me, probably because my sleep schedule is fucked most of the time
