I got a really good skin but hate the cursor that it uses. Any way I could just change the cursor?

remove cursor.png, cursortrail.png and cursormiddle.png (and their @2x images if they exist) from your skin.
Then just take the cursor images from another skin and copy paste them into your skin. Reload the skin (pressing ctrl+alt+shift+s or restarting the game) and the cursor should be changed.
