Hi i'm new, and i have a question, hardrock is easier to me than no mods is this normal? or should i play no mod? the circles are too slow without mods, should i push myself to play no mods or is it okay to play doubletime and hardrock when i'm just starting?

if you rely on HR to make the AR (speed the circles appear, approach rate) higher, it can become a problem later, many decent players have a hard time playing less than AR 9 anymore because they never play anything lower and cant read dense objects.

I agree with above. Once you start getting to 3-4 stars, you should probably go back to nomod, otherwise you'll continue to rely on reaction rather than rhythm.

500pp..... yeahhhh I'd recommend you stay with nomod for a while or you won't be able to read low ar

When you get to harder maps and compare the original with the HR, you are going to change your mind

get used to ar8 - 9.6 first then learn HR or ar10. That is if you want to be an all round player
