I'd define this as I am doing too much but I am having anxious thoughts of not doing enough
It happens to me as well. Don't feel bad for that, it's pretty normal I think.
I try solving that by trying to be minimalist.

well, they're even more illuminated. they glow and pop. mostly just something i learned about color though.
