Stairs/stair patterns are almost impossible for me right now and I do not feel like I am improving at them by just doing the maps over and over again. Is there any easy stair heavy maps around 3-3.5 anyone recommends?

stairs in general are not easy, rolls in general are not easy (unless you jumptrill them)
play stream charts that don't focus heavily on these types of patterns until you are comfortable with easier stream patterns, then try moving on to stairs

Thanks for the advice, I recently downloaded etterna and have been playing a ton of stream/stamina maps and have seen great improvement in my stairs and rolls
