Basically the way that this works is you give a weird reason to ban the above user. I got this from another forum.
Remember, keep it clean and remember that this is a joke! Just do not be hurtful (e.g. don't do "#BANNED for being a noob at osu!" or worse).
Note you can still #ban people while you are yourself #banned.
Example:
I'll start.
#BANNED for being the zeroth person on this thread.
