How to singletap with wrist?

I haven't found a clear explanation on how to do this and I don't know if I'm doing it correctly or not.

The same way you would single tap with your finger, except you use your wrist to leverage your hand instead of your finger joints? Not really sure if there is a way to explain if you are doing it correctly.

Don't move your finger joints. Just use your wrists or forearms to move your finger/hand.

Alright thanks, It's a little weird to singletap this way but I'm guessing it'll be normal as I play more.
