So in your profile you can view your historical statistics, which include how many plays you have done in one month or another + recent plays
What I would like to see in the month play count is the score amount instead since there are lot of different people who may achieve a lot of points with different amount of plays. Just compare someone who plays hard difficulty to someone who plays on normal for example, or someone who plays a lot of same map (maybe for trying to get better accuracy?) instead of playing new maps
