Okay, the first thing to ask yourself is why you want to do this. Are you just trying to play some map faster than usual? Or are you trying to make a set that looks like the ones you linked?

I just want to make the map faster (bpm)

But I'd like to know. How to make maps faster as in these packs)

That seems unnecessary, changing bpm is really easy. Just change the bpm in the map to whatever you want, make sure all the options to adjust the object snapping are on, then open the mp3 in any editor like audacity and make it faster. Be sure to do it in that order, otherwise you could delete part of the map.
I will say, however, that I have no idea how one puts different mp3s into the same mapset like that. So if you want to make a single set with a bunch of different speeds, you may need to do something different. Please let me know if you find out how

yea that takes like half an hour to do this takes like 2 minutes max
I'll try that one later, trippin's had pretty lousy offset problems
Use the DT mode and then change all the settings from the song editor
i am confused how do i change the map speed for the drop of the song. if anyone could help id apreciate
