Yo! Hard song compilation with many different bpm's: I need exact offset, because i can still feel its maybe a small amount of ms off in some sections! Can you help me out?

I compressed the audio so that the bitrate is <192 and that messed up the offset. Help me to find the new offset pleaseeee. Thanks!

BPM is about 140, but not very constant.
Some of part seem like 1/5 1/9 1/27 and the BPM be force to changed.

Could someone take a look if I timed this right? I am just unsure about offset, had it down but because the song was too quiet I normalized it in Audacity and when I put that in, the timing was off, so I had to re-adjust it, now I am just not sure.
