Is my progression fast on the game?

hey guys! first post on the forum... I wanted to know if I was progression "fast" in the game, i'm playing since May 2018 (played like 30mins in 2015)... I'm playing almost everyday, depends on my free time. I've seen people on youtube comments saying they were like 10k in 5months, is that even possible? Just wondering if I should play even more :) thanks guys have a nice day :p

Well, looking at your profile your progress seems to be pretty fast already, if you ask me. But 10k in five months? I dunno, I certainly do think that this is possible, but bringing up the dedication and time to reach and hold that level from scratch seems pretty hard. Unless you're gifted or already otherwise accustomated to these kind of games.

On the other hand that's coming from someone who hasn't reached the five star level in six years. I'm not really what you could call an ambitious player (and poster) though and I'm lacking the knack for it after all, so don't think that much of my opinion, 'kay?

By the way, welcome to the forum.

Ehhh, is this thread considered too serious for OT? Doesn't really contain meta or any shiposts I've seen around here lately... yet...

You're doing very good, you're 5 digits already.

But try not to compare yourself with other people. I know it's in human nature to do that but it's not worth it. It's not like you're competing with others to see how fast you can improve. Go at your own pace and have fun with this game while you still can.

Well considering the slight time difference between us and how much more pp you have than me, I'd say you're doing just fine.

Although, I'd work on that accuracy.

thanks for the replies :) I already know my accuracy sucks ass rn, I'm only starting to get better at it. And I cant stream for like more than 10 seconds è_è, thanks for the replies I was just wondering cuz usually i'm getting good at games quit "fast" ^^' thanks everyone :)

You aren't progressing fast at all, I broke 50k a few weeks ago right before my 1 year of being an osu player

Yeah but you also have x2.5 more hours than they do.

I'm just basing their progression off of their rank in given the amount of hours they've put in.

Also they claim they've only started playing since May 2018 but made their account earlier.

I like your progress, but as some people have stated here, you need to improve your acc.
There are threads which also contain info about improving accuracy, and you can always check these out. Also, good work as you are a 5 digit :)

(I dropped mania and I just started playing standard for 1 week but so far so good, gotta admit that it's pretty fun and makes me want to cut down on 100 hiatuses per year LOL)
