I guess... move the timing section at 156,732ms 1/4 forward? in the current setting you have a stacked timing note...
00:07:995 (4,5) - I prefer swap these two note, it seems more smooth while playing
00:13:995 (4,5,6) - could it have a better placement...?

Hard:
same timing section problem as Insane
