-Some parts are a little crazy but it's fine, I think.

-ok here is the real thing... the placement looks good, but is WAYYyyy too over-mapped can you see something here?
The diff. looks good and all, but can you pass it at least? if you can't, think about the people who is gonna play this, they haven't mapped the song, how are they gonna get noticed of hidden circles? playing the song like 30 or 40 times? for me isn't fun, sometimes I play songs like 100 or 200 or 300 times maybe because I like the song or the diff. is hard, but I play it with some hope of get FC at least, with this diff. I haven't hope. I think is clear what I mean.
So, my opinion is, get this diff. approved or remap it, if you want keep the diff. I warn you now: this is gonna be rly hard of get ranked and maybe never be ranked, I already played songs like this and they never get ranked and them had a loot of support from many players and sometimes MATs and BATs but is useless if the song don't respect a minimal criteria.

How I say, only opinions, you can always ignore them like most of the other mappers~

Also, maybe at this part instead of just doing a constant 1/1 rhythm, try something different. Just feels weird to keep having the beat pounding away to a held note. Maybe something like this?

02:34:205 (4) - ^

02:52:205 (1) - Hrm, maybe have this start closer to the center of the spinner end? It's kind of far out there for a one-beat post-spinner note at 190 BPM. You'll have to think up a new pattern if you do this, though.

Try and keep kiai time consistent on every difficulty and make sure they are all snapped (normally looks better on white/red ticks)

Audio lead-in isn't needed
01:03:258 (2,2) - could look neater if not overlapped
01:09:573 (1,2) - sounds odd compared to the song
01:11:310 (1) - I would extend this out slightly and fade out the audio
01:51:258 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - could be more interesting if not all stacked

Hard:
Add some hitsounds to the start to make it more interesting
