I would like someone to explain to me why I did not receive any pp when 95% accuracy is needed for 48pp and my score is 94.98%. I would like someone to explain to me that I have not received anything

Sometimes it takes time for the pp to refresh.

You are right, Try killing the time for it to refresh by watching YouTube, or even freePenguin!

I mean, is the map ranked? It seems you haven't received it still, so maybe it was loved or pending? Idk, just make sure to check that that difficulty was ranked.

Did you FC it? It gives you the PP for if you get this acc and you FC it. It also greatly lowers your pp gain if you have misses.
