Now, I open a GD slot. NM and M4M are closed first.
Normal GD for a <3min song. (Type=99)
You don't need to have a ranked map for a GD. Whether you're chosen to be given a GD depends on whether you're likely to rank you map.

No~ It's not BPM, since somebody's special numbers that aren't appropriate to be a song's BPM aren't written. And yanaginagi seems not to have sung a 155bpm song. Similarly, There isn't 126bpm Choucho's song at all.

If your map has a main BPM of 94-130, you can NM
Otherwise you should M4M
