Hello, from my mod queue

[Take my Hint!]
Timing Points: the first red line at 00:06:068 - should be 164.154 BPM. the first section slowly becomes off later when you slow the music down before the start of the 2nd red line. This means that the BPM is off. (I don't care about other red lines BPM because the sections are short enough that the exact BPM really doesn't matter)

Insane and Distance Snapping: Insane difficulty almost exclusively never uses Distance Snapping. Turn it off and just manually put your objects. and use this method below

Intensity Spacing: Stronger sounds/Noticeable sounds will have larger spacing. Going with the first combo in your map for example: http://i.imgur.com/M0rJ7Jq.png the (7) slider is a new measure on the metronome which is louder than other circles. In order to make it stand out you give it larger spacing. (This isn't always the case of course, im just giving the basic stuff)

Rhymths:
00:11:916 - at this point the vocal starts singing. osu! mapping in a nutshell is simply focusing on the most important sound playing at the moment. You were focusing on the drums before, but now the vocal is singing and your priority should shift to the vocal. (You listen to nightcore remix because you want to hear the girl's voice not the drums right?)

looking at that section again, you will notice the vocal is on both the white ticks and red ticks.
This is your current composition: http://i.imgur.com/cgYwZFN.png
My take on it: http://i.imgur.com/AfYj0BH.png

Good tip is: don't abuse the 1/1 slider aka (the long slider that starts at a white tick and ends at another white tick) when the music doesn't call for it.
My take on that section emphasizes the white ticks (the first 4 slider heads are on white tick which are clickable) White after the (5) the vocal gets stronger which I convert them all to circles and implement a jump.

Your good composition is on 00:17:578 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - http://i.imgur.com/62khyqP.png
You use the 1/1 sliders to represent the draggy voice of the vocal which is good.

Do not skip clearly audible sounds when mapping:
00:17:398 - the white tick is ignored when it has a very clear clap sound. you could fix by adding a repeat on the 00:17:213 (8) - slider or just remove that slider and add a triple (3-note)

I suggest you try to map a ranked song that already has a ranked mapset in 2016 or later. So you could compare how you map vs. the ranked map. This is a good way of learning how to map.

I don't want to overwhelm you any further. There is a playlist tutorial of osu! mapping from an experienced mapper (who is far far better than I am) who could explain things better than I do; you should give it a watch https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... GGoLIrQtOx.

I hope what I provide here will help you and your maps! Good luck!

Oh! and Here :
Thanks for the check!
I won't use any of the suggested wallpapers, because my current one fits with the background video.
But thanks, I really appreciate it.

I didn't copy this one by one. I changed the sliders later to circles but I didn't implement a jump.

Here's my mod:

Pretty Easy:
First of all, I think the slider velocity is waaay to high for this map in general.
00:19:970 (7) - Increase spacing to the next note
00:34:604 (10) - There isn't anything important on this note
00:37:165 (3) - Spacing is very random on the next notes
01:06:799 (4) - Sliderend is mistimed
01:17:775 (1) - This Slider is completely random, I would remove it and put a break here

Take my Hint!:
00:35:519 - 00:42:836 - There's a sound on every half beat for those seven seconds. I would recommend removing the ones where there are no words in the song
01:03:689 (5) - Spacing between 5 and 6 is too small compared to the others
01:05:152 (2) - Not sure about the tripples in this part.
01:28:159 (1) - shorten it down to one beat instead of 2
01:35:250 (1) - Spacing between slider and the next circle is too high
01:45:566 (7) - Higher spacing here please
02:00:238 (1) - There is no strong sound on the start of this slider

Here's my map: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/618234
Have fun modding, and good luck with yours!

I'm going to mod your map asap (:

Hello from my queue.

M4M for this map: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/602968

[Take my Hint!]

00:08:811 (5) - This kind of overmapped because it only falls on a held sounds end, a slider end for that would fit much better.

00:11:738 (5) - ^

00:13:385 - This linear pattern isn't really nice to play and doesn't really fit in my opinion. There are many vocals with different strength that would support spacing emphasis. This applies to almost every other linear pattern in this map.

00:14:848 (1,2,3,4) - The claps on sliderends are quite distracting and makes you think that these are offbeat.

00:26:372 - Now these are offbeat, plus slider ends fall on a strong vocal and start at a weak one.

00:49:878 (1) - Spinner should start at the long white tick here: 00:49:970 - and end somewhere not a blue tick, preferably another long white.

00:58:019 (6,1,2,3) - Overlaps aren't good to look at.

01:04:787 - Spacing on this part is a bit messy, you can use distance snap for clean spacing.

01:11:921 - Should be clickable.

01:13:385 - ^

01:14:848 - ^

01:19:421 (1) - Should be used on the previous gap as well, or not used at all.

01:27:244 (3) - Theres no sound to support this slider shape, only the linear held vocal.

01:30:171 (3) - Slider end falls on a weird timing.

01:38:625 - Either 1/4 or the BPM isn't correct here. Couldn't spot it though.

01:45:932 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - The song doesn't support the clap spam, maybe even the stream, I think 1/4 sliders would fit better as the drum isn't that strong.

Overall, too much linear patterns and not enough spacing emphasis. Also, the circular rotations tend to stay in the same way for a bit too long.

PS: It is my first map, so... I didn't know the advanced things like spacing etc

Not using distance snap is good when you can judge spacing with your eyes, follow points also work.
I just suggested using ds as a base for that.

Hello! Sorry for being so late i was off playing FFXIV's new expansion :x
Anyways! From my modding queue:

[Take my Hint!]

When making a symmetrical style map like this, using flipping and distance spacing is your best friend, a lot of the spacing is pretty inconsistent throughout, stuff like this 00:42:104 (4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) should be using both flipping and distance spacing
00:11:007 (1,2,3,4) - This could be cleaned up
00:12:287 (2,4) - When sliders are like this they should be copy pasted and flipped, so they arent different
The inconsistent spacing between 00:25:824 (3,4) and 00:26:189 (6,7) is a little wierd, it makes the latter look like its part of the stream
00:48:689 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - You could use CTRL+SHIFT+D to make this instead
00:59:299 (2,3) - The overlapping here looks pretty bad, you should blanket these instead
01:07:348 (6,7,8) - Spacing of a lot of the triples in this section is inconsistent
01:08:811 (6,7,8) - ^
01:38:625 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This feels really off time
01:45:840 (1,2,3,4,5) - This should start a 1/4 beat sooner
01:58:958 (1) - This should start 1/2 beat sooner
02:00:330 (1) - Sliders that repeat more than once kinda suck :x

It was pretty damn fun to play, reminds me a lot of the stuff i used to play when i first started. Just make sure to use the tools the editor gives you to make things look cleaner
