別にボーカル全部単で入れても問題なさそうには思う、BPM遅いし
変に歯抜けさせると逆に混乱する（ツイッターで 最近のNormal譜面は歯抜けすぎてて何叩いてるか分からない と見かけたので）
あと1/4もこのBPMで且つ2連くらいならむしろ入れたほうが初心者が楽しめる
また、LNになってるところがバラバラで一貫性を欠いている、一貫性がないと、
・初心者が苦しむ（次のパターンを予測できなくさせるから）
・上級者が混乱する（同じく）
stdのコンバートやったことあるならこの気持ちは分かるはず
てことでボーカル全部単で入れてmod2個くらい受けたらまた呼んでね

Insaneの話ですが序盤などでは1/8でちゃんと拾い、サビなどでは無視するなどといった矛盾を感じました
最近そういうSnap関連でアンランクされること多いので修正したほうが無難だと思います。

- Hitsounds from notes and sliders must be audible. These provide feedback for the player, and having them silent in a rhythm game doesn't make much sense.
