At first, I want to know, why you choosed Digits for your difficulty Settings like "CS:3.6", or "4.8"? What was the Intention behind it? just for the difficulty spread; the insane is CS 3.8 and HP 5, so I made them a little lower to fit. However I don't think going all the way down to HP 4 or 4.5 would be appropriate.
I also recommend to use the following Settings for this Hard:
CS:5
AR:7
OD:7
HP:6

I'll assume you mean CS 4 here- Again the CS choice is in interest of keeping the difficulties in ascending order. AR 8 is very common for hards and, in my opinion, is even a little too slow for this song but I've decided to keep it at 8.OD 6 is the common OD for hards, OD 7 is very rare and would be overly difficult for a 210 BPM song.HP was explained above (and this one matters the least really, HP does not affect gameplay in a direct sense)

It makes the map a bit more challenging and would fit perfectly a Hard (on my opinion)
I would also recommend to take a look back to the breaks, since some of them Looks a bit weird spaced like this one:
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7256880 This is intentional, it's a bit nicer to have the break fully start at the big white tick.

Another Thing: Since there is a Holding time (I don't know how to call it right) between 02:33:197 (1,2) - and 02:37:769 (1,1) - I recommand to put some breaks there, too. It would Hype in my opinion the momentum there very high and there are actually no reason to me to let the HP bar drain (but maybe you've got some, if so, I would be interested to hear them. It shouldn't Sound like I want to offending you, I want just to understand >.< ) I like this suggestion, however the gap between 02:35:197 (2) - and 02:36:626 (1) - is too small to have a break there. This would make it inconsistent and odd in my opinion. If the situation was different I probably would have accepted this suggestion, though
