Asian Distractive isn't so great? Are you kidding me? When was the last time you saw a map with such interesting patterns and require such movement with a tablet? Asian Distracive is on another level, and we will be blessed if we ever see a mapper with such skill and passion for the editor again. RLC breaks records. Hollowwings breaks records. Kaifin breaks the Ranking Criteria. You can keep your statistics. I prefer the magic.

  1. 00:10:631 (1) - kind of unnecessary spinner, i feel like a break would work better here for consistency (or even just a pause in the map in general without a break is fine)
  2. 00:26:276 (1,2,1,1,2) - I know this is one of the main gimmicks of the map especially in the beginning but don't you think this kind of spacing is unreasonable? this is almost a 1/4 fullscreen vertical jump at 157 bpm, and the slider makes it even harder since you actually have to stay temporarily where you first hit so the slider finishes; I know slider leniency and all that makes this point sort of moot but I feel like this would be way better with just a circle instead of having a 1/8 slider, if not then reducing spacing would be optimal
  3. 00:43:282 (1) - nc isn't really needed here, the stack already stops most momentum as it is so the player knows it's a slower slider
  4. 01:13:664 (1,2) - this has basically no emphasis compared to the spacing before, would buff this so it's less anticlimatic
  5. 01:16:531 (1,2) - ctrl+g makes more sense flow-wise here imo, either way works though
  6. 01:19:015 (1,2,1,2) - sorta pointless point but wouldn't silencing the sliderends on these be useful since nothing lands on the 1/8 here anyways
  7. 01:24:078 (2,1) - why isn't this given more emphasis since it's a higher pitch?
  8. 01:27:231 (2,3) - 3 shouldn't be stacked since it's a different noise, also mapping something on the blue tick here might be nice since there's a pretty noticeable noise there
  9. 01:39:460 (2,3) - see above
  10. 01:41:276 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - basically all of the NCs here are unnecessary, I would just remove all of them or keep only one here tbh
  11. 01:52:053 (1) - REduce spinner Volume please3 a e

  1. 00:13:664 (2) - pretty noticeable difference in pitch on this note, stacking kinda feels underwhelming for this, ctrl+h ctrl+j or something similar maybe? would feel weird without emphasis
  2. 00:23:218 (1,2,3) - should be stacked for consistency with the other triples
  3. 00:23:983 (3,4,5) - especially this one cuz the spacing on this is way out there
  4. 00:45:671 (2,1) - why is this spaced like 100 times more than anything else in this section for basically the same rhythm
  5. 00:49:970 (1,2,3,4) - this is the only time you map the 1/6 here, I would just make this 1/4 for consistency
  6. 00:57:900 (2,1) - same as 00:45:671 (2,1)
  7. 01:02:199 (1,2,3,4) - same as 00:49:970 (1,2,3,4)
  8. 01:14:429 (2) - nc makes more sense here than on the red tick imo

  • this diff is overall solid but the NCs are god-awful so I'm gonna separate NC mods and actual rhythm suggestions

    so for NCs:
  1. 00:01:817 (6) - basically all the slow sliders like this in this section until 00:11:945 (1) - should be NCed for the SV change
  2. 00:13:282 (8) - this should also be NCed for the SV change
  3. 00:22:550 (4) - yea
  4. 00:22:836 (5) - yea
  5. 00:26:276 (6) - yea (this one is sorta subjective though since it's a 1/8 and you basically can't break on it if you misread it, although you did do it 00:52:263 (1) - here so (if you do this one you have to do it for all the 1/8 sliders btw))
  6. 00:27:422 (8) - yea
  7. 00:28:187 (3) - yea
  8. 00:28:951 (9) - yea
  9. 00:29:715 (3) - yea you get the pattern for this section basically, probably don't need to point out the rest
  10. 00:32:008 (11) - yea
  11. 00:47:677 (3) - yea
  12. 00:48:059 (6) - yea
  13. 00:48:441 (8) - yea
  14. 00:49:970 (5) - yea (this one is inconsistent with other parts of the map as well)
  15. 00:50:734 (3) - this one I'd just NC for the downbeat
  16. 00:52:072 (5) - yea
  17. 00:53:027 (4) - yea
  18. 00:57:040 (4) - yea
  19. 00:57:422 (6) - yea
  20. 00:59:142 (5) - this one I'd NC for the white tick and readability
  21. 01:02:327 (4) - yea
  22. 01:06:021 (3) - NC for downbeat again
  23. 01:09:843 (3) - yea
  24. 01:15:002 (7) - NC for readability here maybe?
  25. 01:18:632 (5) - yea
  26. 01:19:779 (3) - NC for downbeat
  27. 01:20:161 (7) - yea (I just realized halfway through this section that these aren't as needed since there's no slider before it sometimes but I'm too lazy to remove them, might also be a good idea to NC the slowdown sliders regardless though)
  28. 01:21:308 (4) - NC for downbeat
  29. 01:21:690 (8) - yea
  30. 01:22:072 (1) - remove this one since it's not consistent with everything else (unless you wanna NC stuff like this everywhere else)
  31. 01:22:836 (3) - NC for downbeat
  32. 01:23:601 (7) - yea
  33. 01:24:365 (5) - NC makes more sense here rather than 01:24:556 (1) - over here
  34. 01:24:747 (4) - yea
  35. 01:25:893 (3) - NC for downbeat
  36. 01:26:276 (7) - yea
  37. 01:27:422 (2) - NC for downbeat
  38. 01:28:187 (6) - yea
  39. 01:29:333 (3) - yea
  40. 01:29:715 (5) - yea
  41. 01:29:906 (6) - yea
  42. 01:30:288 (8) - yea (this one is less needed imho)
  43. 01:30:862 (5) - yea
  44. 01:32:390 (5) - yea
  45. 01:36:594 (5) - moving NC here would make more sense for the downbeat
  46. 01:45:766 (4) - NC for downbeat
  47. 01:48:523 (4) - yea
  48. 01:50:178 (3) - NC for rhythm/bpm change
  49. 01:50:606 (5,6,7) - see above

jesus christ ok anyway actual stuff
  50. 00:21:689 (3,4,5,6) - 4, 5 and 6 kinda start a lot lower than I feel like they should be while playing, move them up a bit maybe?
  51. 00:43:855 (4,5) - rhythm here is wonky, it's supposed to be 1/6 but it's snapped to 1/8 instead, and plus you never did it for literally any other section besides the same rhythm 00:56:084 (4,5) - here, if you wanted to keep this pattern snapping to 1/6 would be a lot more intuitive for the rhythm that you're trying to follow
  52. 00:59:906 (1,1,1,1,1) - silence the sliderends
  53. 01:10:607 (6,7) - this is 1/4 and not 1/8, slow it down and you'll hear the whistle sound land on the blue tick
  54. 01:19:015 (7) - I'm not entirely sure about this one but it sounds like it follows a 1/4 drum instead of a 1/6 as it is right now, would get more opinions on this tho maybe my ears are just dead
  55. 01:40:416 (1,2) - silence these sliderends too plz

  1. 00:10:631 (1) - kind of unnecessary spinner, i feel like a break would work better here for consistency (or even just a pause in the map in general without a break is fine) sure i removed the spinner i think it'll make the stack stand out more too after testing i put the spinner back cause it feels better with it in
  2. 00:26:276 (1,2,1,1,2) - I know this is one of the main gimmicks of the map especially in the beginning but don't you think this kind of spacing is unreasonable? this is almost a 1/4 fullscreen vertical jump at 157 bpm, and the slider makes it even harder since you actually have to stay temporarily where you first hit so the slider finishes; I know slider leniency and all that makes this point sort of moot but I feel like this would be way better with just a circle instead of having a 1/8 slider, if not then reducing spacing would be optimal this is fine in motion imo, doesn't play badly just is really snappy, like the sound so i want that urgent precision based aim challenge in this part
  3. 00:43:282 (1) - nc isn't really needed here, the stack already stops most momentum as it is so the player knows it's a slower slider yep removed
  4. 01:13:664 (1,2) - this has basically no emphasis compared to the spacing before, would buff this so it's less anticlimatic ok i put it up
and now its like the patterns give way to the square so i think its cooler now?
  5. 01:16:531 (1,2) - ctrl+g makes more sense flow-wise here imo, either way works though i think the X shape better for the sound cause its more sectional to me rather than 1234
  6. 01:19:015 (1,2,1,2) - sorta pointless point but wouldn't silencing the sliderends on these be useful since nothing lands on the 1/8 here anyways tried it and it sounds BAD LOL much better to give feedback to player and its very satisfying to listen to (to me)
  7. 01:24:078 (2,1) - why isn't this given more emphasis since it's a higher pitch? trying to figure out if this pattern is good because of the anti flow emphasis or not, will maybe change unless i decide its lit
  8. 01:27:231 (2,3) - 3 shouldn't be stacked since it's a different noise, also mapping something on the blue tick here might be nice since there's a pretty noticeable noise there did it

i will go through this one by one later and apply some of them probably but i will say that generally NC for visual patterns instead of throwing an NC onto every downbeat, especially if it breaks up patterns. for some SV changes i believe NC isn't necessary if there is another object right afterward, a player can tell from that object how fast a slider will be. for example 00:47:677 (3) - i dont htink anybody will misread this as a slow slider because of how soon the next hit object is. anyway i wont respond for these although i will look over my NCing again with these in mind, people have complained about my NCing too in my other maps. but if you want a full NC response for some reason tell me and ill give you one

    so for NCs:

  49. 01:50:606 (5,6,7) - see above

jesus christ ok anyway actual stuff
  50. 00:21:689 (3,4,5,6) - 4, 5 and 6 kinda start a lot lower than I feel like they should be while playing, move them up a bit maybe? i wanted it to be like that
  51. 00:43:855 (4,5) - rhythm here is wonky, it's supposed to be 1/6 but it's snapped to 1/8 instead, and plus you never did it for literally any other section besides the same rhythm 00:56:084 (4,5) - here, if you wanted to keep this pattern snapping to 1/6 would be a lot more intuitive for the rhythm that you're trying to follow throughout the song there are lots of those quick triplets and i chose to express them differently, because sometimes they have very minute differences. for example here 00:43:855 (4,5) - it is played slightly different from here 00:45:384 (1) - . the first one sounds a little lighter whereas the second one's a little heavier sounding; i think the second one is "enunciated" more so to speak, it's easier to hear on 100% than on 25% if you listen closely. plus i wanted also to give the second one more weight by expressing each note (as opposed to the first one where i glanced over it with just two 1/8 objects) because that's the end of the musical phrase, also giving emphasis to the transition between this phrase and the next
  52. 00:59:906 (1,1,1,1,1) - silence the sliderends good idea
  53. 01:10:607 (6,7) - this is 1/4 and not 1/8, slow it down and you'll hear the whistle sound land on the blue tick i think it's 3 1/8 notes, but i wanted it to be two quick 1/8 notes because i wanted the player to quickly glance over it, and not give that sound too much weight. also on 100% (which is the % that really matters imo) the sound is so incredibly quick that to put it on 1/8 sounds right anyway. however i did try putting 2 1/4 notes as you suggested and it didn't feel bad; i still prefer mine but if more ppl seem to say they like 1/4 then i wont mind changing to that at all
  54. 01:19:015 (7) - I'm not entirely sure about this one but it sounds like it follows a 1/4 drum instead of a 1/6 as it is right now, would get more opinions on this tho maybe my ears are just dead other people have tried using 1/4 repeats in other maps, or 1/4 streams, but it felt so incredibly wrong that there's no way i could have done it. it does sound a lot like 1/4 but if 1/4 feels so absolutely wrong then it can't be 1/4, i'm thinking that there is another sound behind it that's too light to catch on 25% but that on 100% your brain catches but you can't easily distinguish it because it's too fast. i tried out a 1/8 slider for this at first but it just felt too compact and didn't feel right either, so in the end settled for 1/6.
  55. 01:40:416 (1,2) - silence these sliderends too plz gotcha
thanks for the mod! especially the nc stuff lol i have trouble with those sometimes

00:13:664 (2) - pretty noticeable difference in pitch on this note, stacking kinda feels underwhelming for this, ctrl+h ctrl+j or something similar maybe? would feel weird without emphasis nope not big enough for me to move it, i wnat 0 movement going into this section on purpose
00:23:218 (1,2,3) - should be stacked for consistency with the other triples ^
00:23:983 (3,4,5) - especially this one cuz the spacing on this is way out there hm, no it's hittable and shouldn't cause any issues since it's out of a slider
00:45:671 (2,1) - why is this spaced like 100 times more than anything else in this section for basically the same rhythm ^
00:49:970 (1,2,3,4) - this is the only time you map the 1/6 here, I would just make this 1/4 for consistency the song is 1/6th, not 1/4th and i did it later
00:57:900 (2,1) - same as 00:45:671 (2,1)^
01:02:199 (1,2,3,4) - same as 00:49:970 (1,2,3,4) ^
01:14:429 (2) - nc makes more sense here than on the red tick imo

00:45:384 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - this spacing is a little too extreme compare 00:45:480 (2,1) - to 00:45:671 (2,1) - prolly should nerf 1st set a bit

this flow is like the player is definitely not stressing to reach the first set of jumps and the emphasis is fine

posting again so i remind myself to mod the rest of the difficulties, no kds on this post when i finish

easy
  1. 00:10:798 (1,1) - this needs 4 beats for recovery, right now it only has 2, unrankable as it is currently
  2. 00:30:480 (2,3) - only time you use a stack here, I recommend you make it similar to the rest of the map and do a linear pattern instead
  3. 00:30:862 (3,4) - would be a lot more intuitive to just have a repeat slider here repeating on 00:31:435 (4) - the red tick here, as it is right now the rhythm is needlessly complicated especially for new players
  4. 01:10:607 (1,2,3) - sharp angle here really contrasts with the rest of the map, why not do something similar to 01:12:136 (1,2,3) - the pattern after it? would flow a lot better and not stick out so much imo
  5. 01:35:448 (4,1) - both this and 01:38:505 (4,1) - this aren't done anywhere else in the map and due to the low AR makes it really hard to read, would move these so this isn't an issue
  6. 01:41:945 (5,6) - better to be consistent and make this a 1/1 slider, as of right now it overcomplicates the rhythm
normal
  1. 00:45:384 (3) - you usually change direction on this synth i.e. 00:46:530 (2,3) - here for example, would change the flow direction so it's consistent
  2. 01:27:422 (1,2) - would still map the red ticks here, feels empty without them
  3. 01:39:652 (1,2) - same as above
hard
  • same thing that astolfo said, breaks shouldn't be there since they weren't there on the other ones
  1. 00:17:677 (1,1) - it's hard to tell these two apart at a glance since they look the exact same, would change 00:18:632 (1) - this to have less repeats so it's not as hard to read for players
  2. 00:20:543 (3,1) - these stacks seem really out of place especially for a hard diff, why not do linear patterns like 00:24:556 (1,2,3,4) - the ones here? it sort of needlessly overcomplicates the pattern as it is rn imo
  3. 00:42:327 (1) - nc shouldn't be on this slider to be consistent with the section 00:54:556 (2) - here (this also goes for the NC 00:41:180 (1) - here since it doesn't appear in the latter section as well)
  4. 01:04:492 (1,1,1,1,1) - you can definitely add more movement to this section, right now it just feels boring and doesn't really emphasize the cymbals
  5. 01:27:613 (2) - should be spaced out for emphasis, stacking it just feels out of place considering how you used stacks before in the rhythm, same goes for the other stack later on

I also would add a bit more triples prior to the kiai so the sudden introduction of them won't come as a shock to the player as well, in places like 00:20:734 (1) - the beginning or something, it's better to introduce the rhythm early on than wait until the end imo
xilver
  • honestly I'm not really sure how to mod this, gonna split it up into NCs and actual suggestions like I did for melloe's
  1. 00:03:728 (8) - nc here for the rhythm change
  2. 00:07:550 (3) - nc here for the slowdown slider
  3. 00:13:664 (9) - nc for the speedup
  4. 00:25:511 (8) - nc for the cymbal maybe?
  5. 00:34:683 (1) - remove nc for consistency with 00:30:097 (5) - all the other sections like this
  6. 00:37:550 (6) - nc for the slowdown slider
  7. 00:43:855 (4) - this one isn't really as necessary but a nc here and 00:44:238 (5) - here would be nice to show that the slider slows down a bit
  8. 00:45:384 (5) - same as above and basically the rest of this section really
  9. 00:51:499 (8) - nc for the cymbal like you did 00:51:881 (1) - here
  10. 01:22:072 (1) - remove nc since the 01:19:015 (7) - others like this weren't nced, unless you wanna make these consistent
  11. 01:25:129 (1) - same as above
  12. 01:32:773 (1) - same as above but with the new rhythm
  13. 01:35:066 (14) - nc here or somewhere near here, this combo is really unnecessarily long
  14. 01:42:709 (5) - nc for the slow slider
  15. 01:44:620 (3) - nc for the rhythm change
  16. 01:50:178 (5) - nc for the bpm change (also because the spacing is kinda weird here so would look a lot better)

    and actual suggestions
  17. 00:12:136 (2,3,4,5) - direct stack kinda contrasts heavily with the rest of the map here, semi-stack makes it a lot better imo
  18. 00:14:334 (1,2) - these probably should be triples starting on the red tick since after 00:16:531 (6) - this section you decide to map all the drums in the background instead of just the first two
  19. 01:27:040 (10) - this honestly plays a lot better and follows the music more accurately if it's two 1/4 sliders, it's really out of place in the rhythm as it is right now
  20. 01:33:919 (5,6,7) - why didn't you map the 1/6 here?
  21. 01:34:874 (12,13) - makes more sense as a 1/4 slider rather than a triple since the blue tick isn't emphasized much at all
  22. 01:38:887 (9) - why not use the same rhythm as the kiai before it? doesn't really make much sense to randomly go back to this rhythm

mod v1 :? :? :? :? :( :( :( :( :( >:( >:(

hard:
00:07:550 - 01:48:523 - why breaks am confused, didnt use it for the other parts
01:34:301 (1,2,3,4,5) - mov closer to previous pattern, single to triple jump isnt that big but nice ds for this part would feel nicer

z1085684963: 00:14:046 (1) - end on big white tick? 00:14:429 -
00:27:231 - add circle here, this was confusing to read and same rhythm is here too 00:28:568 (5,6) -
00:33:346 - ^
00:37:550 (1) - ctrl g? i think this jump is too sudden and big for this difficulty
00:45:384 (3,4,5,6,1) - move this to the right some, close distance makes it seem like this rhythm 00:45:002 (2,3,4) - is the same as this 00:45:480 (4,5,6) -
00:57:613 (3,4,5,6) - ^
01:00:957 - maybe little more spaced out is better, https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10787477

garden: meow
00:37:359 (1) - new combo not needed i think?
00:41:562 (1) - can make this curve prettier

elsa: 00:35:448 - maybe follow this rhythm instead to follow the kick on the red tick here
01:18:250 - all kiais where there is 1/6 and 1/4 stream things, you have new combo single circles after each 1/6 one 01:18:441 (1,2,3,4,1) - but every 1/4 is continuing combo 01:19:015 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - , maybe having all of them be NC would be nicer, and remove all follow points in this section to make it clean
(i really love this dif btw)

melloe: 00:22:454 (3,4) - this is not really following this part well , i think just one slider with inbetween SV would be better than 2 with super fast and slow
00:25:511 (1,2,3,4) - the 2 differing sv's with same length is confusing ><;;
00:36:785 - really think simple is better here https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10787574
00:46:148 (5) - end on red tick? woul dmake higher sv if u wanna stick to this longer shape
00:59:906 - kiai flashes my eYES
01:09:652 (2) - blanket with the 1 instead of stack? the way the slow slider is makes it feel lik eits gonna be an extended slider but it isnt
01:35:830 (1) - end on blue tick for extended sound and feels so much better to play
01:51:991 (1) - may be dumb for asking but is that far left side not burai? i think its fine but just makin sure

xilver: 00:07:550 (3,4) - would move a little farther apart, it makes the slider seem like its extended to me
00:10:607 (4) - maybe end on 00:11:753 - ? theres a green line there.. but if you dont then maybe lower the sliderend volume. it sticks out too much when theres nothing there
00:35:448 - 00:36:785 - mayb fill in these red ticks in to follow drums here better,,
01:38:887 (9,10) - u mapped the previous ones as 1/8 but these are 1/6? 01:26:658 (9,10) -
01:42:327 (1,2,3,4) - rip fcs.. but maybe move this 01:42:709 (5) - over to like x:356 y:176 so it kinda looks mirrored with the 1 01:42:327 (1) -
and maybe change this to kick slider 01:42:327 (1) - for the 1/4 sound here
(very fun to play dif!)

ailv: 00:10:416 - 01:51:511 - same rhythm but mapped different..
01:18:250 (1) - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10787690 better for the big impact on this note

did u guys know that squirrels cant burp, vomit, or experience heartburn

yeah i didnt either

normally when i think of asia i think of silk, bamboo, temples, various flowers and scenery... megumin is probably last on my list to remind me of quintessential asia but hey anything asian is automatically weeb so in the end who really fucking cares ww

[easy]
  1. 00:04:874 (1) - can you perhaps smooth out the start of this slider a bit? purely aesthetic, no functionality issue
  2. 00:30:480 (2) - how come this is the only stack in the whole diff? imo this functionality is under used if its going to be used at all
  3. 01:03:728 (5) - the only repeat slider in the whole diff that doesn't flow in the same direction it came from
  4. 01:07:550 (1) - hahaaaa nice try PAL but this one isn't parallel (unless you aren't going for that in which case oops but i recommend it)
  5. 01:45:766 (1) - actually this one looks smoother on the end lol, why not just copy paste this to the earlier version
[normal]
  1. 00:18:632 (2,1) - yikes this blanket in particular is very noticeable while playing
  2. 00:30:862 (1) - ctrl j? imo would flow nicer for less experienced cursors
  3. 00:36:212 (3) - why not just use the same angle as 00:35:066 (3) - ?
  4. 01:04:492 (1,1) - can you make these 2 sliders equidistant at least on the blanket end of 01:04:492 (1) - ?
[hard]
  1. 00:18:632 (1) - idk what other people will say but going forward if anyone mentions this, i think you should actually keep it. its a good time in the spread to introduce some reading, which is much needed in the higher diffs. so yeah dont change this its good, also reads well enough as is
//actually wow hard diff is incredible

[z108 insane]
  1. 00:36:785 (2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - this transition is actually super hard because 1 cross screen jump, 2 the flow of 00:36:976 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - is reverse from where its coming from (00:36:785 (2) - ) and 3 00:37:454 (2,1) - this is a really hard 1/4 jump, all of which is uncharacteristically difficult for a 4.59* map (in my opinion). i think one simple fix for this would be to ctrl h 00:36:976 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - , it would flow differently but would correct all of the previously listed issues as well as be more suitable for the difficulty level.
  2. 00:45:766 (6,1) - perhaps blanket instead? just for aesthetic, i think it flows nicely
  3. 01:04:397 (8,1) - to make this more readable, you could actually give it some distance from 01:04:110 (7) - . not sure if thats what you're going for however, but i recommend it
[garden insane]
  1. 00:16:722 (1) - imo you should make this a drum addition instead. the progressive beat of the taiko really builds up the intensity
  2. 00:19:779 (2) - same
  3. 00:22:836 (2) - same
  4. 01:17:868 (1) - lol cute hitsound
  5. 01:36:212 (1,1,1,1) - you should really introduce this pattern first, this the only instance of this pattern in the whole diff and it really takes more reading to land this properly than the rest of the difficulty. there are plenty of places during kiai where you can introduce this pattern first. im not sure how much SR this changes the difficulty (probably not much i'd imagine) but its difficulty in reading is much higher than the rest of the map.
  6. the bg is just barely cutting sfw lol... this is the type of image that when i come across it on pixiv it normally leads to hentai, soo yeah this is like, the boundary imo.
[melloe extra]
  1. 00:14:046 (1) - is this SV just used at the beginning of each new section? when playing it, it just felt really inconsistent and difficult to predict when this SV would be used.
  2. 00:22:454 (3,4) - literally as close as you're allowed to get to 2B LOL
  3. 00:26:276 (6) - i think it would be a cool as hell theme if you could start every other measure with this slider type, 00:27:804 (1) - and 00:29:333 (1) - as examples
  4. 01:51:991 (1) - maybe make the end of the slider a little less cramped?

01:18:250 (1) - https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10787690 better for the big impact on this note this gives fine emphasis already
.
Garden
00:37:359 (1) - last circles are stacking so i consider them as a new pattern apart from previous one, delete 00:37:550 (1) - nc tho
00:41:562 (1) - yea
00:16:722 (1) - etc. hitsounding: i prioritize melody over drums in my way
01:36:212 (1,1,1,1) - changed pattern
bg: alright idk if the new one is more sfw

 Fixed most of your NC suggestions, thanks!

    and actual suggestions
  17. 00:12:136 (2,3,4,5) - direct stack kinda contrasts heavily with the rest of the map here, semi-stack makes it a lot better imo  True
  18. 00:14:334 (1,2) - these probably should be triples starting on the red tick since after 00:16:531 (6) - this section you decide to map all the drums in the background instead of just the first two  I'd rather keep this, the reduced rhythm offers a nice buildup to the other section.
  19. 01:27:040 (10) - this honestly plays a lot better and follows the music more accurately if it's two 1/4 sliders, it's really out of place in the rhythm as it is right now  Not really...I don't hear anything to warrant 1/4 sliders, it would also remove contrast from the next section at 01:27:613 (1) -
  20. 01:33:919 (5,6,7) - why didn't you map the 1/6 here? I missed it. Fixed
  21. 01:34:874 (12,13) - makes more sense as a 1/4 slider rather than a triple since the blue tick isn't emphasized much at all  ehhh I think this one is alright. I like the stop movement the triple gives anyway
  22. 01:38:887 (9) - why not use the same rhythm as the kiai before it? doesn't really make much sense to randomly go back to this rhythm  It gives a break and adds tension to the most intense part. I hoped the increased slider curved and SV would be good enough, I buffed it more though

mod v1 :? :? :? :? :( :( :( :( :( >:( >:( AGREE.

xilver: 00:07:550 (3,4) - would move a little farther apart, it makes the slider seem like its extended to me  Sure, I could do that
00:10:607 (4) - maybe end on 00:11:753 - ? theres a green line there.. but if you dont then maybe lower the sliderend volume. it sticks out too much when theres nothing there  I'd rather keep it there, but I reduced the slider volume.
00:35:448 - 00:36:785 - mayb fill in these red ticks in to follow drums here better,, uhhhh I could try, sure
01:38:887 (9,10) - u mapped the previous ones as 1/8 but these are 1/6? 01:26:658 (9,10) - ok whoops, that is now fixed.
01:42:327 (1,2,3,4) - rip fcs.. but maybe move this 01:42:709 (5) - over to like x:356 y:176 so it kinda looks mirrored with the 1 01:42:327 (1) -
and maybe change this to kick slider 01:42:327 (1) - for the 1/4 sound here  I changed it a bit so it's easier to play, I guess....
(very fun to play dif!) thank!!!

easy
  1. 00:10:798 (1,1) - this needs 4 beats for recovery, right now it only has 2, unrankable as it is currently shortened
  2. 00:30:480 (2,3) - only time you use a stack here, I recommend you make it similar to the rest of the map and do a linear pattern instead did it
  3. 00:30:862 (3,4) - would be a lot more intuitive to just have a repeat slider here repeating on 00:31:435 (4) - the red tick here, as it is right now the rhythm is needlessly complicated especially for new players did
  4. 01:10:607 (1,2,3) - sharp angle here really contrasts with the rest of the map, why not do something similar to 01:12:136 (1,2,3) - the pattern after it? would flow a lot better and not stick out so much imo this is fine its for the theme
  5. 01:35:448 (4,1) - both this and 01:38:505 (4,1) - this aren't done anywhere else in the map and due to the low AR makes it really hard to read, would move these so this isn't an issue its not hard to read, it just looks that way in the editor, in gameplay its fine
  6. 01:41:945 (5,6) - better to be consistent and make this a 1/1 slider, as of right now it overcomplicates the rhythm this is fine, its the most intense part of the song and a nice finale
normal
  1. 00:45:384 (3) - you usually change direction on this synth i.e. 00:46:530 (2,3) - here for example, would change the flow direction so it's consistent that isn't the pattern im following, it plays fine as is
  2. 01:27:422 (1,2) - would still map the red ticks here, feels empty without them nah i like the emphasis it gives as is
  3. 01:39:652 (1,2) - same as above
hard
  • same thing that astolfo said, breaks shouldn't be there since they weren't there on the other ones yea i just added breaks
  1. 00:17:677 (1,1) - it's hard to tell these two apart at a glance since they look the exact same, would change 00:18:632 (1) - this to have less repeats so it's not as hard to read for players nah the reading is very very mild and it should be obvious what the rhythm is
  2. 00:20:543 (3,1) - these stacks seem really out of place especially for a hard diff, why not do linear patterns like 00:24:556 (1,2,3,4) - the ones here? it sort of needlessly overcomplicates the pattern as it is rn imo 1/2 stacks are fine in hard they arent retarded
  3. 00:42:327 (1) - nc shouldn't be on this slider to be consistent with the section 00:54:556 (2) - here (this also goes for the NC 00:41:180 (1) - here since it doesn't appear in the latter section as well) changed
  4. 01:04:492 (1,1,1,1,1) - you can definitely add more movement to this section, right now it just feels boring and doesn't really emphasize the cymbals lol i think you missed the point
  5. 01:27:613 (2) - should be spaced out for emphasis, stacking it just feels out of place considering how you used stacks before in the rhythm, same goes for the other stack later on nah leaving the filler rhythm stacked makes sense and is consistent

I also would add a bit more triples prior to the kiai so the sudden introduction of them won't come as a shock to the player as well, in places like 00:20:734 (1) - the beginning or something, it's better to introduce the rhythm early on than wait until the end imo using triples in kiai because it is the intense part of the song, the 1/4 usage in the diff up to this point more than prepares the player for it

hard:
00:07:550 - 01:48:523 - why breaks am confused, didnt use it for the other parts fixed
01:34:301 (1,2,3,4,5) - mov closer to previous pattern, single to triple jump isnt that big but nice ds for this part would feel nicer no the spacing helps it be less cluttered/overwhelming

[easy]
  1. 00:04:874 (1) - can you perhaps smooth out the start of this slider a bit? purely aesthetic, no functionality issue this is the same slider as the one at the end
  2. 00:30:480 (2) - how come this is the only stack in the whole diff? imo this functionality is under used if its going to be used at all fixed
  3. 01:03:728 (5) - the only repeat slider in the whole diff that doesn't flow in the same direction it came from this is very basic and fine
  4. 01:07:550 (1) - hahaaaa nice try PAL but this one isn't parallel (unless you aren't going for that in which case oops but i recommend it) oh i just made it in 2 seconds i hope i fixed it
  5. 01:45:766 (1) - actually this one looks smoother on the end lol, why not just copy paste this to the earlier version they are the same slider
[normal]
  1. 00:18:632 (2,1) - yikes this blanket in particular is very noticeable while playing fixed it
  2. 00:30:862 (1) - ctrl j? imo would flow nicer for less experienced cursors you mean ctrl h i assume, no i think is fine as is
  3. 00:36:212 (3) - why not just use the same angle as 00:35:066 (3) - ? did it
  4. 01:04:492 (1,1) - can you make these 2 sliders equidistant at least on the blanket end of 01:04:492 (1) - ? i think i fixed it
[hard]
  1. 00:18:632 (1) - idk what other people will say but going forward if anyone mentions this, i think you should actually keep it. its a good time in the spread to introduce some reading, which is much needed in the higher diffs. so yeah dont change this its good, also reads well enough as is yeah you'd hvae to be a goof to misread this
//actually wow hard diff is incredible
