00:22:382 (1,2) - Sure about these direction changes just after a dash? Might help to flip 00:22:630 (2) - so there isn't a direction change for the repeat

00:14:448 (1) - The direction change on this feels too weak which is understandable because there's a hyper to this but I think a better compromise would be to use circles here instead of a slider. Without the slider droplets to follow it gives more room for error to players allowing you to buff the distance to the note on the blue tick to around 1.0x ds
00:46:183 (1,2,3,4,5) - Doesn't feel clear how you intend the player to play these. The pattern is simple enough that consecutive dashes wouldn't be too outrageous (though still a diff spike) in which case I'd suggest to buff to around 3.0x ds. For a walk I'd say around 2.20x ds works well

Every other difficulty here is using tickrate 1, would suggest to do the same as it's a better fit for the song (Press F to pay respects to slider aesthetics)
00:06:514 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - It's totally personal preference here but I'm not big on the fully vertical stacks. I think tilting these even by just a couple of grid spaces looks quite a bit nicer but it is completely subjective
00:39:241 (4,5,6,7) - I still think this sort of movement is too difficult for this difficulty. I'd recommend making 00:39:737 (6) - horizontal pointing left and place it at x:240. This keeps the tap dash style whilst making it considerably easier to hit

00:13:952 (1) - Swap the NC with 00:14:448 (5) -
00:16:183 (6,1) - Hyper here too would be great, you can hyper it pretty easily by tweaking the long slider shape and position of (6) (rip slider art)
00:26:349 (1,2) - Weird to have almost no movement here, would expect to see something like a dash
00:42:960 (5,1) - Real lack of emphasis on 00:43:208 (1) -, I'd say it deserves a hyper
00:43:952 (3) - This covers the strong note at 00:44:200 - with the slider tail. I'd swap out this slider for a singular circle and add in a new 1/2 slider starting on 00:44:200 - with a hyper to it
00:47:671 (5,1) - I demand more hypers! Start of kiai certainly deserves one

00:16:431 (1,2) - not sure if i'm a fan of 1/4 structure in cups. it's kind of simple but the low ar makes it look really squished and unneeded. the sound isn't really pronounced either so yeeeeeaa

I already had to filter and waifu2x magicate this one from like, 850x600 or something shoddy. Yeah it's not the greatest, but it's the best I can do ):

This is even more pronounced in the kiai e.g. 00:48:663 (2,3) - so I need some example early on as an introduction for the player to get familiar with it.
00:20:398 (1,2) - etc. same for all cases like this. As an alternative, you could move it to the 1/2 tick and it sounds pretty nice as well. As above, there's no distinct sound on the 1/2 that would warrant this rhythm and I'm not really a fan of improvising artificial ones

Found some minor issues worth mentioning before it gets ranked:

Note density is a tad high for a Cup difficulty. Where I can understand that having a low BPM would tend to include 1/4 patterns like you did in your kiais (even if it's discouraged in the RC), the following ones are avoidable because you're following a rather low instrument: 00:17:051 (2) - 00:21:018 (2) - 00:23:002 (2) - 00:28:952 (2) - .

00:18:415 (1,2) - Quite a sharp direction change after the hyperdash, it can be reduced to avoid surprises.
