After downloading the mapset, every difficulty is asking me to update, I highly suggest you to full submit once again because something might be broken.
All backgrounds have a strange resolution, you should resize them to 1366x768 in order to have an acceptable resolution.
The Kiai Time in your own difficulties are inconsistent, please make them consistent.

~Suzuki's Normal~

Difficulty settings are kinda high for the easiest difficulty of the mapset, I would reduce AR, OD and HP by 1 tick at least.

00:40:112 (5,6,1) - Spacing is wrong here, please fix it properly with distance snap.
01:18:111 (2,3,4,1,2,1,2) - This pattern is way too complex and lasts too long for the easiest difficulty imo, you should try to make it easier.

~Advanced~

00:43:748 (1,2,3) - This stack is really confusing to read due to the weird rhythm change, it would be a lot better if you change this into a slider.
00:48:476 (5) - This stack feels confusing to read due to the small break before it, space it normally like the rest.
01:05:566 (2,3,4) - Same as 00:43:748.
01:10:474 (4) - Slider end is unsnapped.
01:17:202 (2,3,4) - Same as 00:43:748.

I have some concerns with the map and I hope they could be addressed before this map getting to the qualified section.

[Hard]
The combo color is pretty messy, I think you should tidy it up. It means you need to choose either to NC every two whitelines or one.

00:09:385 Some drums are clearly audible here, so you might consider adding two 1/4 notes before the long whiteline.

00:24:112 (1,2,3) - Here I think 3 should be replaced by two sliders as well. The 4 vocals are equal according to intensity.

00:35:748 (1,2) - This suddenly enhanced spacing is weird, it's better just to apply normal spacing for this.

00:36:657 (5,6,7) - You actually could create a symmetric pattern here by adjusting the shape of 7 (almost) identical to 5.

00:43:748 (1) - I think this needs to be 2 3/4 singletaps. It is not a nice idea to place such a heavy beat on the slider-end of 00:44:021.

01:01:020 (7) - I think overlooking the string here is not tolerable as I've seen you followed the string at 01:01:566 (1,2,3) - . You need to map 01:01:202 out. 01:12:657 (7) - Same

01:05:566 (2,3) - 01:17:202 (2) - The rhythms need to be consistent.

01:06:475 (4,5) - 4 should be a 1/2 reverse slider. 5 is not strong enough to deserve a single tap.

sorry i have to disqualify this because of wrong romanised title

correct romanisation of the title should be Hikari Tatsu Ame

both 絶つ and 断つ are pronounced as Tatsu while 断 in some other pair of kanjis like 横断(Oudan), 断食(Danjiki) and 決断(Ketsudan) is pronounced as Dan

please fix it and poke me
