Score System: Score v2
This tournament has no rank limit. However, players that participated in the OWC 2017 are not eligible for playing. An exception is made, for players that did not reach RO16 with their team/country.
Staff is not allowed to participate.
This is an international tournament, with players getting divided in teams based on their nationality.
The team cap is 16. EDIT: We extended to 20.
Format: Groups → Double Elimination

A country counts as registered, as soon as it has 6 players. The maximum player cap is 8.
The staff will choose one player to be the captain of the team. Be aware, that we do not just choose after rank, but also tourney experience, activity, etc.
In case a country gets more than 8 players, the captain will pick the other 7 players. He can start doing that 1 week before signups close. Which would mean, that as soon as he picked the roster, registrations for that exact country will close.
In case of over registration, we will take the best 16 countries according to the official performance ranking.
Please keep in mind, that we will not consider anything else, than the flag on your osu! profile.
