My queue was actually closed when you posted... but I saw "Shinsekai" in the title.
So consider this a random mod.
Remember that these are only suggestions. Feel free to ignore them.

00:04:716 (9,10,11,12,13) - I think ddkdk or dkkdk would work better, to emphasize the last note.
01:09:690 (29) - Change to k. I think this fits the song better.
01:12:177 (61) - Same as above.
01:19:949 - Same comment as the Inner Oni. I think the reduced density is a bit strange, since the song still calls for streams. If you really don't want streams, I'd recommend adding harder patterns instead.

00:19:017 (136) - Switch to d? The kats in this stream normally appear in quads or smaller groups. This is the only exception, but I don't hear anything in the music to justify it.
01:19:949 - The note density in this section confuses me... The song still calls for streams, but the density is drastically reduced from the last kiai. I'd recommend adding in new streams, or at least harder patterns like 01:07:514.

00:01:918 (3,4) - I would Ctrl+G this since 00:02:074 - is the more unique sound in this set of 4. And it's the same note as 00:02:540 (5) - so making them both k would make more sense imo.
00:04:716 (9,10,11,12) - Same here, swap them to kkddk so there's a color change to help emphasize 00:05:338 - .
00:14:664 (80,81,82,83,84) - You could do some polarity shift here like dkkdk or something since there's a pretty audible kick rhythm here that comes into the forefront.
00:19:638 (144,145,146,147,148) - Same idea here.
00:22:203 (177) - And maybe a k here instead?
00:23:913 (199,200) - Ctrl+G sounds pretty cool here and fits with your patterning choice for when you use kat's.
00:25:390 (217,218,219) - I would just remove these. They sound rather overmapped compared to the 1/4's that are a lot more prominent like 00:25:701 (220,221,222) - . Also having a break is good here, gives some emphasis to the next section after a dramatic pause.

00:26:789 (229,230,231) - And these. Start mappping the piano melody again after 00:27:721 - since the kick sounds help bring the song back into a denser percussion rhythm.
00:28:965 (238,239,240,241,242) - This is good. You're going from 1/1 rhythms down to 1/2. Now, from 00:29:587 (242,243,244,245,246) - you should continue increasing intensity by making these 1/4's. 1/1 >1/2 > 1/4 would create a really nice build up and help your map transition out of the sparser rhythm i recommended earlier.
00:51:970 (418,419) - Similar to earlier, a good place to do polarity shifts here. kkdkk maybe?

The .mp3 is 128kbps right now, which could be 192kbps following the rules, if possible, find a better quality mp3 and replace it (and call me back if you get your offset messed up)
The Background size is 1365*768, when it should be 1366*768. Try solving that problem by resizing it or just finding another BG with 1920*1080 resolution now that the rules says that is the maximum allowed.

[Kantan]

OD may be a bit high, please use 3.5 instead
00:27:721 (40) - Is the same note as 00:26:478 (39) - on the synths, both of them should be K
00:30:209 - ~ 00:40:157 - This section is very different to the previous one on how the rhythm flows through this part so you should map it giving it an special flavor in my opinion, what I mean by this is that you could add 1/2 snapped notes to give a different rhythm to the other sections. What I did was moving 00:30:830 (45) - to 00:30:986 - , deleted 00:31:763 (47,48) - to keep density down and so on after that. What notes you use is up to your taste but I think it fits much better this part, adds in terms of diversity of patterns (you dont x x xxx o o ooo through out all the map) and is supported by the guidelines because you in fact reduce density considerably now that you will delete around 8 notes in this section. Star rating might go up by a bit but nothing too serious considering we are in fact removing notes in exchange for having other (a bit more un-intuitive at first glance) kind of patterns.
00:40:157 - ~ 00:47:618 - I believe this part would stick to the song much better if you did it backwards, notes first, spinner after. This is because most the time when people see a Spinner they try to do it as fast as possible, so it makes sense you use it on faster/much more dense sections. Use notes from 00:40:157 - until 00:44:820 - then a spinner at 00:45:131 - until maybe 00:47:307 - .
01:29:898 (87) - extend this slider until 01:33:628 - , which is the point at which the song ends.

[Vulkin's Futsuu]

Slider Velocity is bugged, right now it is at 1.95999991989136. To change this, open the .osu file for this specific diff with notepad and search "SliderMultiplier:" under the [Difficulty] settings and change it to a normal value (like 1.4). After that, save the data at the notepad and quit the editor in case you got into the .osu file through the diff itself (quit without pressing CTRL+S to save). That should solve the problem, to make sure it is solved, go into the diff again and check that the Slider Velocity is set at the Value you wanted. For your information, this bug happens whenever you open AIMod (CTRL+Shift+A) so be careful when you use it (or don't use it at all lol).
Turn down "Widescreen Support". This is an Storyboard-related option, so unless you have one you don't need this checked.

Talking in general about this diff, I believe we should try getting this a bit more denser since it barely has use of 1/2, it leaves a lot of free space and more importantly it's 50 notes away from kantan while being 200 notes (it has 2 times more notes in fact) away from Muzukashii. So, I believe what you should do is using 1/2's more often, or what is yet more important, have denser parts so that breaks really feels like breaks. Now, to the map:
00:01:608 - ~ 00:10:312 - What the intro will become like if you apply what I say is a perfect example of what i expect from this diff: use of 1/2 snaps when needed, with time to breath in between so the players can notice what are they doing. First, 00:03:473 (3) - could totally be placed in 00:03:317 - instead, which you could notice instantly is the most correct spot for this note to be, making a good breathing room of 3 white lines away from the next note. The same applies for 00:05:960 (6) - and 00:07:514 (8) - (place them 1 red line earlier)
00:15:286 - 00:16:530 - This kind of break is too much in my opinion, it almost made me think "oh, here finishes the map?" the first time I saw it. While this may be in order to have a breath from 00:14:664 (21,22,23) - , this breaks the rhythm completely and feels like you are standing still in middle of a metal concert. About what you could do here instead, probably the answer is just add a note in 00:15:908 - .
00:20:882 - ^
00:27:721 (51) - is the same note as 00:26:478 (50) - in the pianos, so please make them both K
00:34:250 (66,67,68,69,70) - (Suggestion) This looks like an unnecessary way to use 1/2 because what you really are sticking to by doing these notes is the piano, which doesnt really emphasize the fact you are actually mapping drum+synths. Instead I'd even prefer if you just did 1/2 kd or dd on places like 00:30:986 (60) - + 00:31:141 - , so that the whole section is represented constantly. This is a suggestion mainly because you can argue the fact taiko is an additional instrument to the song so you don't really are just following piano but instead just adding notes as an instrument itself. And it'd be ok.
00:47:152 - add a d because its the most dense part in the section so you don't really need to be really picky on not doing two 1/2 in a row.
00:52:281 (109) - you should very likely delete this note, because the previous pattern, 00:48:240 (97,98,99,100,101) - , finishes at this spot 00:51:970 (108) - , so 109 is more a conflict than a bridge between the previous pattern and 00:52:592 (110) - .
00:57:255 (122) - (Praise) Unlike the note above ^ this is actually necessary, as it does well at being a bridge between the previous 1/2 ddd and the following finisher. This is all because the 1/2 pattern isn't ending in k.
01:25:545 - ~ 01:29:898 - : This section should have two patterns; 01:25:545 (15,16,17,18,19) - as a pattern consistent with the previous section and 01:27:411 (22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29,30,31) - as a "closing" pattern. So, in order to distinguish both of these patterns separately, delete 01:27:100 (20,21) - . Now, for the closing pattern you can go with something along the lines of ddd k d kkk d k K, but it's on your hands to decide if that is okay.

Generally speaking, I believe you should nerf a bit this map (and very likely, the Oni diff, I haven't checked right now) in order to keep spread on point. A sparingly usage of 1/4 triplets and breaks here and there to ensure this is closer to Futsuu than it is to Oni is critical to avoid spread issues.

00:10:312 - ~ 00:25:234 - I'll try to save me a few words here so I'm just saying what I generally think you should do here instead: we aren't really deep enough on the song to start doing 1/4, remember you didn't use any on last diff and now you are throwing them through all the map. Also, personally I think kdkdk... streams are ugly and don't exactly fit completely, so if you find a better combination to do instead then I'd be really grateful. Now go do your homework I believe you will have better ideas to do here.

Now, from 00:29:587 (242,243,244,245,246) - you should continue increasing intensity by making these 1/4's. 1/1 >1/2 > 1/4 would create a really nice build up and help your map transition out of the sparser rhythm i recommended earlier. Don't really get what you mean here

00:41:245 - I suggest changing this to kat so as not to overshadow the next note (it's big and focuses on the hit).

01:16:374 (445,446,447,448,449,450) - consider changing this pattern to kdkdkd because in 01:14:975 (440,441,442,443)- you follow the beat sound+high piano with big blue notes, but here the rhythm changes and has a more specific sound without high tones.

Entiendo que quieras seguir el piano, pero es mejor mantener la consistencia de lo que venías mappeando
