00:26:679 (4,1) - tbh I find this part much easier if it was move maybe something like x: 325 y: 48 but that is just me

01:10:724 (6,7,1) - right here seems 01:10:861 (7) - have a bigger jump than 01:10:997 (1) - when it should be the other way around

Recommended of switch of source "Umineko no Naku Koro ni" and tag "うみねこのなく頃に". Anime title which suits the source is "うみねこのなく頃に". It's good for a tag because "Umineko no Naku Koro ni" is a romaji notation of the anime title.

00:54:088 (2,3,4,1,2) - Flow felt a little cramped. Moving 00:54:906 (2,3,4) - to the bottom right will make the flow more relaxed and easier to play. For instance https://puu.sh/xjUhv.jpg

idk but this song is 73.33 bpm 1/4 instead of an intense 220bpm It was but after a few tests and looked into some ranked beatmap, it should be how it is now. Hi! I have found a questionable thing in the highest diff that I would want to note.

01:10:724 (3,4,5,6,1) - why is here a stream?
1. it is the only stream in the whole diff, so it just stands out, but not in the way the whole map suggests. The map is filled with the jumps only and you put this stream out of a sudden
2. there are no sounds present on 4 and 6 (I understand that it is allowed in std, yet song doesn't call for it)
3. don't you think that this stream, even if so short, is a bit too fast because the map is filled with 1/1 clickable and sometimes 1/2 clickable objects?

I would change it into 2 1/4 sliders which would make a jump https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9957670 something like this

Also already pm-ed MrDorian to clear up the doubts

Explanation:
Would say that the small stream burst is a way to add the intensity towards the song as that's the arguably one of the most intense part of the chorus.
Using constant 1/2 jump felt a little lackluster for me in emphasizing the strong draggy vocal part, therefore I overmap a little using small stream to add the intensity of the vocal.
As for the "too fast" argument, this difficulty is mapped as if the player is playing a high bpm (220 in this case) jumpy song. So for those who are fairly comfortable playing at that bpm range, should be able to play the stream with ease.
In short, the stream is considered as "overmapping", but it is allowed in standard as long as it makes sense.
The suggestion you've given does work, but I just wanna add a little stream into the map as it'll be kinda boring to constantly play 1/2 rhythm throughout the whole map.

Hopefully this will clarify the doubts you have on this map.

Change:
Moved last source "Umineko no Naku Koro ni" to the tags, and replaced with "うみねこのなく頃に" following the official title of the anime

On top of the page below "2009" there is "志方あきこ『片翼の鳥』" which reads as "Shikata Akiko [Katayoku no Tori]"

Scrolling down to the third box of the page and you can see:
