Pp is weighted, so you will only get a portion of the pp value based on where it is in your top plays
when you make a top play, all your old plays get weighed like 5% less, for example, If your best play was weighed at 100% 300pp and then you went and made a new top play that was like 310pp, then the original top play that weighed 100 percent would only be 95% meaning it'd be worth 285pp and the new play will be weighed 100%, this is so that you can't spam dt farm 3* maps and end up being #1, this means that you lose pp as well as gaing it, what is why cookiezi's recent 709pp play only gave him about 30 RAW pp.Osu Godz wrote:
I noticed that whenever i Fc a beatmap i dont get the pp it was listed from tillerino for example i acctually checked when i fc map i should get 159pp but instead of that i think i got like 30 or maybe none i just saw like i passed a few players thats it so im wondering was there an update or somthing because before for fc i gotten alot more pp and went up ranks with no problem.
