[Archived] I paused and osu! bugged out

Problem Details:
I finished my map, and I was going to press escape to quickly exit the results, but I hit escape a little early and apparently I might've caused an issue within the game trying to pause while also finishing a map at the exact same time. I have no idea what exactly the issue is, but it might be able to be recreated.

Sorry for the dumb answers but have you tried "Skip" or "quick restart"? I got maps that just black screen at the end for eternity unless i press skip. Maybe not eternity

Are you able to reproduce this consistently? I can't seem to reproduce it at all.

With Lazer is the works, this most likely won't be fixed.

I tried a few times and couldn't get it to reproduce itself. I'm still unsure what the cause actually was.
