- Why there have "Download without video" option and you haven't video file. open diffs in notepad and find "Video,0,"Black Eyed Peas Rock That Body.avi"" delete it and save. or if you have video please do a "full submition" again.

Personally, why set the OD so low? Here's my suggestion:
Previously it was rather slow and dry. Perhaps you could try to invoke a more steady movement throughout the map, let the player go at a good pace without feeling a little held back.
- 00:59:560 - The reverse slider seems to go into a bit of the HP bar. Consider flipping it around, or shifting it
somewhere.
Insane: Not much to write here.
- 01:12:040 - Haha, a combo of 14 isn't a good idea. Split that up somewhere, or at 7 perhaps.
And remove the unused bookmarks at the end.

Honestly, there could be more effort put into this difficulty. I expected... more insane. I know you have some parts that have 1/4's but it just doesn't cut it for me. Though it is mapped correctly and everything and I didn't find any mistakes worth noting. I just expected more. Now that I think about it, my changes for the OD, AR, and HP, don't seem worth it for the little amount of notes you put into this difficulty. But personally, I liked it better the way I suggested. Especially the OD/AR. (This difficulty is technically fine the way it is though.)

about timing offset, i liked it better increasing offset to around 25 ms @ [insane]
