[Archived] My OBS won't work with osu!

Problem Details:
Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10, my osu! lags like crazy when I open OBS, not record or stream, open it. my osu! goes from 240 fps down to 20 to 1 fps whenever I open my OBS! Please help!

osu! version: 20171106.5 (latest)
Possibly the Xbox application on Windows 10? Disable Game DVR in settings.
Navigate Settings -> Game -> then Untick the recording thing.

If not, OBS and Osu should be running in the same graphcs processor. If Osu is using Nvidia, then OBS should also be using Nvidia.
