Referring to the new RC, a break of at least 3/2 every 16/1 or 20/1 measure is highly recommended, which will still be given if you add notes on mentioned timestamps. Concerning density with the rest of the map, it shouldn't be an issue really. hmm...I prefer vocal + inst.sono change.

If you insist on keeping the emphasis as it is, change the ddd triplet to ddk to match with the sound you're actually following and to keep a smooth flow.

00:19:894 (100,101,102,103,104,105,106,107,108,109,110,111,112,113,114,115,116) - This rhythm choice seems very questionable to me, as the actual climax of this stanza begins at 00:21:394 - , whereas you've put the hardest part right before, but not within the buildup provided by the song, therefore making it quite unbalanced. I highly recommend re-structuring this short part, unless you can give good reasoning to it.
