[Archived] The menu usually appears while i'm playing a song

Problem Details:
Hello im new to OSU! so please accept my apologies if i don't write in the right section.
When i play a song the menu opens up usually...WHAT? this happens since i installed "osu!", this is very annoying because if i'm playing a song and my menu opens up i'm going to click "Back to menu" or "Retry"

uh I think that just means you failed immediately

sliders should be held down (by that i mean holding down the button), thats why you kept breaking sliders and lead to hp dropping to a point you died

either you are pressing your esc key by accident (not in this case, just in general, even though i cant imagine how this should even be possible) or
If you only see the Back to menu and Retry button that means you just died.

Another hint for the gameplay part, which was already mentioned by Kondou:
Hold the slider and do not repress the button at sliderticks or at the end of those "going back sliders", just hold the button until the slider is completely done and then just let go of the button
