General Suggestions

Difficulty

You can change Oni to Inner Oni due to the usage of longer stream patterns and some 1/6ths, would make more sense.
Inconsistent Values
Turn off Widescreen support for all difficulties in Song Setup > Design > Misc. Toggles. I don't see a storyboard to warrant this option.
Hayate's Muzukashiii, Rew's Oni, Oni all have decimal numbers for base SV. You can fix this by going to File > Open osu. in Notepad > Difficulty > Slider Multiplier and changing the number to 1.4, make sure to do this for all three difficulties.

Hayate's Muzukashii

1. 00:17:334 - Add d, having another 1/4 triple is fine here since the song ramps up.

Rew's Oni

00:25:730 (85) - Move this note one tick back, having it on the blue tick sounds more interesting for the rhythm here.

Oni

00:32:110 (101,102) - Delete these two notes, since the bass guitar fades out along with the rhythm here and then it resumes.

You have an image unused, delete if you don't use it
Check the gap between Muzukashii and Oni. Sometimes are almost the same patterns, some notes in Muzu don't have Oni and the jump to Oni is bigger.
Let see some examples:
