General:
I guess you can add in tags album name, genre, MJQ, Avieri, Rayark Inc (last 3 it's compouser, vocal and developer)

Why Arphi didn't used same combocolours like in other diffs?

00:06:838 - in this part you can follow keysounds with whistles, cuz in next parts u doing it.
00:31:481 (2,3) - guess you can rise spacing some to emphaze clap on 3. Previously you used harder space on this clap
02:33:839 (2) - mby place slider here? Skipping this tick 02:34:053 - sounds rly weird. it was the first thing abt im thing while first check.
02:40:696 (2) - same thing
02:50:981 (2,3) - it's really overspaced D:

Arphi's hard:

First thing which i wanna say: SV looks rly disproportionately in parts like kiais. It douesnt equal to distance of snapping and dont realize impact which give high sv.
00:13:696 (1,2,3) - You can choose better rythmic way. You used 1\4, tripples, but skip 1\2 beats. Its weird sometimes. So try recheck whole parts: 00:13:696 - 01:22:267 - 02:30:839 - Hard to understand what u following.

Other looks good. Im only not sure 00:25:696 (5,6,7,8,9,10) - is it vailable to snap 1\1 and 1\4 in same distance in hard difficults.


Normal looks good for me. DOnt find any issuses.

I'm pretty much solely focusing on only vocals at all times, and when they don't exist only then do I ever map instruments. It provides nice transitions between parts of the music whilst always keeping the listener focused on what I believe is the most important thing, the voice. That would be why all the said rhythm choices are made.

Not sure how to interpret your SV comment though since I don't see the problem with it D:

About combo colours, I'm not really one with putting reds on this kinda music so ALL BLUES

01:08:981 (2) - slider ends on a stronger sound

01:36:839 (3,4,5) - awkward angle

01:42:196 (6,7) - 6 is stronger than 7 but given the same emphasis, should give 6 more spacing

02:33:196 (4) - why is this object given such a small emphasis I'd suggest you make a triangle out of 02:32:767 (2,3,4) -

I think this difficulty could use more 1/2 rhythms (especially 1/2 sliders), there are just so many big gaps throughout the map. There are a lot of places that 1/2 sliders will accomplish the same thing but with more fun flow and more continuous (filler rhythm). Right now you skip a lot of bass sound that is very noticeable. And I mean the Hard guideline says mostly 1/2 rhythms as well. This is more like a mix of normal.

00:24:410 (2,3,4) - I think going back on the 00:25:267 (4) - is not a good idea, it might confuse the player

00:13:481 (7,1) - why not stack these two? to make it all visually similar for 1/2 rhythms on this combo as the consecutive 1/2 are already pushing the Normal player hard enough.

01:22:267 (1,2) - I think a 1/2 slider with reverse arrow fits here better

01:23:124 (3) - why not make this 1/1 slider to keep the gap at constant 1/1 throughout the section? atm it feels really empty..... same applies for the similar section in the second half

It's because this beat is on the downbeat, in addition to you stacking while the visuals seemed so close for me. Or maybe I usually a bit of a high DS on my normals. Anyways, I think stacking the downbeat circle while it was NCed is a bad idea.
  3. 00:46:267 (3) - Drag it a little bit to the right so the movement would look natural (also the gameplay as well)
  4. 00:47:124 (4,1) - Add a circle between? You did it before so doing it again would expect the players to actually read the same rhythm again
  5. 01:15:410 (1) - Delete the white node? felt a bit unnatural from my pov
  6. 01:59:981 (1,2,3,4) - haHAA woah man (might be a bit confusing btw)

    to be frank, there's a few same problems i want to address, but it felt too repetitive. so w/ever

Sorry I can't find more, because the set is already polished as is. Most these are just subjective which does not hinder from the original, and point picking them more would actually change the base structure you already built. very well done on this set (I'll mod the next set soon uhh, yeah)

If I agreed with this, I wouldn't have mapped it like I have in the first place. This is a calm song, just because it's a harder difficulty doesn't excuse that for me.

  2. quick train of thought: color haxing in this set would be wonderful: Light blue and teal for the verses and the pink ones for the chorus for some contrast with the bg.

  6. 00:34:267 (1) - 00:47:981 (1) - 01:42:839 (1) - etc. imo these vocals in particular really stand out because of how they're sung with wavy pitches (kinda), so mapping these with sliders to emphasize them should be better.
  7. 00:35:553 (4,5) - no overlapping is better. This is probably the only 1/1 gap notes that overlap each other. Keeping 1/2 = overlap trend stable for readability is probably a better choice
  8. 00:56:553 (4,5) - 1/1 slider and a circle works better because of the long vocal. Also consistency 01:10:267 (4) - 02:05:124 (4) - 02:18:839 (4) -
  9. 01:08:553 (1) - missing finish on the head. applies to all diffs

  1. Kind of a minor thing, but I'd really appreciat eit if these were identical in terms of the shapes. Basically that'd look like 02:06:839 (1,3) - this. It just makes the style feel more consistent.
  2. 02:16:696 (7) - there was no new combo on a similar pattern in the previous kiai. Probably this one isn't needed either.

    Pretty good. I'd probably try to polish the flow a little by placing slidertails like 00:14:553 (3,4) - further away from the previous point, or making sure 00:51:410 (1) - patterns don't overlap with the score metre, but these are quite minor things.


Arphimigon's Hard
  1. 00:15:410 (5,6) - both (5)'s head and (6) are pretty strong and they both use whistle hitsounds. But for some reason it's only (5) that gets a strong jump. I'd try to space them equally. Here's an example of how you caa do that
    Note: this would apply to all similar patterns.
  2. 00:28:267 (4,7) - 00:43:696 (8) - try to split these into a 1/2 and a 1/1 slider each. This way it'd match the vocals. example
  3. 00:54:624 (10,1) - I'd probably slightly lower the spacing here to ease players into the kiai.
  4. 01:14:553 (7) - could use a small jump to highlight the music and the vocals.
  5. 01:25:696 (1,2) - the angle/transition is pretty sharp here. I recommend making it more linear to fit in with the rest of the part. example
  6. 01:45:410 (6) - try splitting this into a 1/2 slider and a circle. The vocals kinda spike at 01:45:839 - so having this thing clickable would make sense.
    Note: 01:59:124 (6) - same.
  7. 02:58:267 (1) - try to space it more (or less) to highlight the beat with spacing. I feel like having just a new combo on it does not stress it enough.

    I love the kiai. I love the way it feels, I love the way you hear the song. It just feels so natural with the song, makes me wish I could see the whole spread mapped in this style/technique.

  1. 00:10:910 (2,3) - I feel like these a little too far. Starting the intro with intense makes the rest of the jumps feel bland and monotonous. I'd rather start off with less spaced ones and increase gradually.
  2. 00:19:482 (2) - shouldn't this circle have more spacing to it? As you seem to be following the drum line and the beat here is pretty strong, spacing it this close makes the pattern feel unbalanced.
    Note: this applies to similar patterns like 00:22:267 (1,2) - 00:28:053 (2,1,2,3) - it just continues through the difficulty and I believe that this way of spacing things makes patterns feel unbalanced in terms of spacing emphasis. We end up with some drastic cursor speed changes and sharp jumps, that do not seem to fit that well with the soft sound of the song.
  3. 01:17:124 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - I'd highly recommend using the same rhythm for these two patterns as there is a repetition in the song.
    Note: 02:11:981 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - same here. These two do not sound different at all to me.

    My biggest concern is the way jumps work here. They feel extremely exaggerated and too sudden for a slow-paced song like this one. Take 01:00:624 (3,4) - for example. Generally high overall spacing values require more and more intense jumps to highlight each beat, and this makes coming back to regular spacing values like 01:01:696 (1,2,3) - feek extremely sudden and unnatural.

    I'd probably try to use smaller spacing values to make every transition and pattern feel more flowing/smooth and therefore working with the song in a more natural way as I really don't see the current way of spacing things fitting with the style/mood of the music. though it, of course, could be just me.
I disagree with the way spacing is done for the Rose difficulty but everything else seems pretty reasonable and works well. I do not intend to say that it's wrong, I just want to highlight the fact that I personally don't see it working and I believe that a different approach would've worked a lot better in my opinion.
