just a noob mod if you dont mind

00:05:284 (1,2,3,4) - would sound nice with some drum additions
00:06:743 (1,1,1) - thease have a kick sound so you might wanna add something here too
00:19:229 (1) - i dont feel anyting special in this slider so i would whistle the body to make it consistent
00:20:202 (4) - the tail is a strong beat, would be better clickable
00:26:770 (4) - there is no beat
00:42:743 (1) - the guitar you follow here doesnt make that kind of sound. An extended slider would do it.
00:50:040 (2) - and it does here i think. This is a the good place for a 1/2 repeat slider
00:57:338 (5,6) - drum addition is a good option
01:08:040 (1,2) - maybe this part is in 1/3 i cant tell :D
01:10:473 (3) - consider whistling the body (sounds nice to me)
01:19:067 (3) - the little nazi in me says you need 10% more volume for kiais
01:28:148 (1) - i would replace the clap with a finish
01:30:094 (4) - whistle
01:34:635 (1) - again, i really dont like it. To me its just shouting for an extended slider.

This part (and the previous 00:58:311) are really undermapped. I feel too much beats are missing. I suggest making thease sections more intensive or rising the sv.

04:20:365 (5,6) - ctrl+g but if you do that the jump will be huge between 04:20:689 (1) -
04:21:986 (3,4) - you can add a not between them
04:27:175 (1,2,1,2) - this part is so strong... I can imagine this part with 1/4 sliders as paired. Its just too intensive for only 1/2 sliders imo.
04:36:257 (1,2,1,2,3) - and this is shouting for streams. (Im sorry if you feel like im forcing things on you but this part is the peak of the song and it should be so much harder)
04:45:986 (3) - i would add 3 circle instead of this. And in its current state it doesnt flow really well.

I deeply apologise if my mod felt forced. My wording is bad and i probably sound like an ahole right now.

You still need to write "Youkai no Yama ~ Mysterious Mountain" in romanized field, because romanization!=translation. Though you may write the translation in tags.
And "東方風神録 ~ Mountain of Faith." in source. Yes, with that dot.

Timing needs a quick fix for the end:
05:00:905 - 158bpm
05:01:284 - 142bpm
05:01:706 - 134bpm
05:02:153 - 120bpm

01:08:040 (1,2) - i would try to follow the 1/3 layer here with repeat sliders, otherwise this should be all circles for emphasis on the drums
02:41:770 (3) - kinda weird having the slider end land on a strong beat, try to break up into 1/2 slider + circle?
02:47:284 (5) - missing finish
02:57:338 (3,4,5) - this flows better if you reverse the stream via ctrl+g
03:16:148 (7) - usually when you have these type of long streams with spacing breaks there is a NC, might want to add one here as well
03:35:121 (5) - whistle on slider body?
03:59:932 (1) - this part caught me by surprise, the spacing is really deceiving for 1/3 slight read. You might want to use repeat sliders for the first combo so players know it will be 1/3 for this section
04:06:419 (1,2,3,4) - to follow the music better, 123 should have a higher spacing for drum emphasis and 4 should be a soft sample with lower spacing, up to you how you want to handle it
04:07:716 (1) - missing finish

04:51:662 (1) - finish kinda sound random here imo
