00:27:789 - this part felt really overdone spacing wise, mainly until 00:32:451 -
you're already using really dense 1/2 rhythm (which fits the song), so you could use less intense spacing as the part is only calm piano
though somehow you made it harder to play than the more intense part at 00:40:761 -

01:51:099 (5,6) - rhythm seems off here cause 6 tail is much more important than head I have use that rhythm at 01:42:383 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - , and 01:55:356 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - , if I only use one rhythm that would be too bored. I change the rhythm regularly, and use the same rhythm as 01:48:870 (1,2,3) - here so player will read it easily and won't feel uncomfortable imo.

02:14:309 (4,5,6) - this just seemed a bit too much snapping difficulty wise, the spacing increase is fine to me with the music, but with how most people play streams like that it seems to become really weird to hit and seems to spike this a bit too much. would be great if you could make movement here a bit more intuitive (more smooth/circular probably) nvm, played it a few more times and it seems pretty nice actually.

I'm getting weird things like https://lasse.s-ul.eu/egwymYy3.jpg so no sure lol I feel the electrical sound is delayed but strings are snapped to 1/2, so some simple rhythms plays better than unpredictable 1/6s here imo.

0% volume on slidertails is fine, but:
it actually acts like a 5% timing point (all points <5% do), if you want it perfectly silenced you have to use a silenced hitnormal

oops I forgot it. will fix it at the same time after lasse's recheck.

diff name shouldn't be an issue. I don't even think that was necessarily caused by it since you can change that part of the description manually and everything else is fine

Any reason the Insane has higher sr than the Extra? Pretty weird. I don't know if it's unrankable, but I'll point it out anyway.

@lcfc sr is rly shitty so we dont build spreads around it, we just build them around the maps

sr is a very bad way to judge difficulty as it is easily manipulated

playing both difficulties, or even just looking at them in the editor should show that extra is actually way harder than insane, even if sr is lower

changing the naming to reflect the star rating would make no sense as it wouldnt reflect the actual difficulty then
