i always thought santa was my dad so i guess i'm your dad
[Cup]
Whilst you used the argument of the density of platter and rain at those ARs, I would actually say cup and salad could both do with an increase to 5.8 and 6.8. The 1/3 streams here can look a bit odd with AR5.5.
00:10:670 (3) - I think a stronger movement in this triple would be nice, try making the movement a bit more horizontal.
00:11:617 (1,2,3) - A stronger distance to 1 would be nice considering the strength of the note there, and I'm also guessing 3 was meant to stack onto the next note, so you could move this section to x:400 to accomplish both of those whilst keeping similar flow.
00:14:461 (4) - x:376 would be nice for a bit more emphasis on the vocal.
00:15:723 (2,3) - Distance is a bit big here, x:300 would be nicer.
00:22:356 (2) - x:160 would be nice for more emphasis on the vocal there.
00:26:146 (2,3) - Again more distance for vocal emphasis, x:256 would be great here.
00:32:462 (1,2) - Try a weaker distance to this like x:328, feels a bit difficult right now.
00:34:357 (1) - Ctrl+H and then x:380 would be a nice change to break the repetitive movement a bit whilst also increasing distances a tiny bit.
00:47:622 (1) - Try Ctrl+> and move it to x:168, the current distance to this is a bit strong so a slight nerf would be nice.
00:54:255 (2) - Missing out those strong vocals sounds so strange to me, please map this as a circle and then 1/3 slider for vocals.
00:58:045 (2) - ^
00:59:308 (2,3) - A bit too strong distancing right now, try a reduction to like x:116 on these doubles.
01:02:150 (4) - x:180 for more vocal emphasis on this.
01:04:677 (1) - Again, a bit too strong distance, try x:208 here.
01:05:625 (3) - Another place where I think the vocals should've been mapped.
01:12:257 (1,2) - x:176 here feels like a more comfortable distance.
01:15:099 (3) - Far too strong of a distance here, x:228 feels a lot better.
01:16:363 (2,3) - x:396 here for more comfortable distancing.
01:17:942 (1) - Fully horizontal here would feel nicer and make the movement to the next note a lot nicer, as the small distance to it right now is slightly uncomfortable and doesn't really fit the music very well.
01:20:153 (2,3) - Another place where how small the distance is feels a bit uncomfortable, increase it to like x:296 to make the backforth movement more comfortable.
01:22:048 (2,3,4) - Distance to this is far too strong for a cup difficulty, try x:240 instead.
[Salad]
00:08:775 (3,4) - Don't think this one is really fitting to have a dash to it, the note isn't particularly strong, try x:160 on this section.
00:15:407 (1,2) - Dash to that could be nice however, try x:96 on 1, and then x:264 on 2.
00:22:514 (6) - Make dash more obvious by moving it to x:400.
00:23:303 (2) - Pretty big distance for a non-dash here, try x:112 on it.
00:26:146 (3,4) - For consistency with previous dash pattern, try x:176 on 3 and x:320 on 4.
00:29:146 (2) - Bit strong for a non-dash, x:320 would work better here.
00:31:515 (3) - Distance to this is kinda strong too, something like x:136 would feel a lot nicer.
00:32:778 (2) - x:200 feels nicer with the current distance on this.
00:36:568 (2) - Currently 1,2 is a double dash, which is unrankable in salads, I'd recommend reducing this to something like x:240 to keep a high distance, but not force a double dash here.
00:38:147 (1,2,3) - Feels a bit too strong to this too, whilst not a dash it's very difficult to do without dashing so I'd recommend a reduction to something like x:128.
00:39:568 (7) - I feel like this was meant to be a dash, so you can force a dash by increasing it to x:240.
00:40:358 (2) - This note isn't strong at all, really don't know why you decided to use a dash here. A better idea would be to move it to x:240, and then make some nice non-linear flow by making the slider go horizontal to the left.
00:41:937 (1,2) - Another double dash, although actually no dashing is required here, it's just very difficult movement without dashing. My recommendation would be to make a dash to 1, so increase that to x:128, and then move 2 to x:288, as a much lower distance to help stop the movement from being so hard without dashing, and then make 2 horizontal to the right so that the flow is similar afterwards.
00:43:516 (4,5,1) - Currently, distance to 4 is the strongest here, and so a dash is indicated to go here, and whilst it's not required, it'll be what most people instinctively want to do here. However, 1 is a much stronger note, and so if anything, the dash should be to that. Move 00:43:516 (4,5) - to x:192, and then move 1 to x:416. This changes the movement to require a dash, but that dash will be to 1, which is the stronger note here.
00:47:148 (6) - Could add a dash for this vocal, try x:192 on it, would be a nice emphasis here.
00:47:938 (2) - A bit strong for a normal movement right now, just try x:256 instead.
00:49:833 (2) - Another strong one, just do x:120.
00:53:623 (2) - Far too strong of a distance considering the note strength isn't that big, just try x:272.
00:56:150 (2) - Dash to this doesn't make much sense considering the note isn't that intense.
00:58:045 (2) - Same as above. (This one doesn't need a dash but it's close to needing a dash so yeah).
00:58:992 (1) - x:304 on this would be nicer to reduce both distances, as neither is really strong enough for a dash however they're both pretty difficult without dashing.
01:02:150 (4) - Whilst I'm fine with the dash being to this, it is very inconsistent with previous places, where you had the dash to the second note in these doubles. Try to keep it consistent if possible.
01:04:993 (2) - A bit strong right now, x:248 feels a lot better here.
01:06:098 (6) - Dash to 5 or 6 here, depending on whether you want to follow the consistency from earlier or in the rest of this verse.
01:06:888 (2) - x:232, current distance feels too strong for a non-dash.
01:14:468 (2) - A bit strong right now, x:224 would feel nicer on this.
01:16:047 (1) - Slight reduction on the dash strength should be fine here, x:80 worked really well to me.
01:20:153 (2) - x:280 would make these movements more comfortable, and then 01:20:784 (3) - on x:104.
01:22:048 (2) - Considering it's just after a dash, a smaller distance to this like x:296 would be more appreciated.
01:26:943 (6) - A dash by moving this to like x:448 would be fitting for the end of the song emphasis.
[Platter]
Ok so before I go into anything about this difficulty, it has far too many HDashes, especially considering the salad having few dashes, the spread to this is massive. I would really recommend getting rid of quite a few HDashes, and keeping it around the same level as the number of dashes in the salad. Because of this I won't be going into a lot of detail in this difficulty, but I will still point out a few things.
Movements are generally pretty repetitive, with flow barely ever changing and most things following a backforth pattern.
00:10:196 (4) - Could add a dash to this for the drum strength.
00:27:251 (2) - Distance to this is very strong for a non-HDash, leading to it being very difficult to catch, as it's nearly an edge dash which is unrankable at this difficulty.
00:28:199 (6) - Dash to this would be nice for the strong drumbeat.
00:35:068 - Entirely missing out this vocal seems very strange, considering the strength of the note.
00:43:358 (5) - Dash for change in drum intensity.
01:01:361 (2) - Again, distance is very strong for a non-HDash, far too difficult, reduce it slightly.
01:10:836 (3) - Dash to this for consistency with previous choruses.
01:11:309 (6) - ^, vocal pitch increasing should be a sign of a dash.
01:17:942 (1,2,3) - HDashes here aren't fitting at all considering the song throughout has been like this, and you haven't had HDashes to these sounds the whole time.
[Rain]
00:06:880 (5) - Add a dash for vocal pitch change?
00:14:460 (3) - Maybe just do a normal dash to this and then HDash to 4 to better emphasise the drum intensity here, the pitch on the vocal only deserves a dash in my eyes.
00:19:908 (3,4,5) - A normal dash to this followed by a HDash to 1 makes more sense to me, as these notes aren't very strong and 1 is quite a bit stronger, in my eyes.
00:34:831 (2) - Vocal intensity isn't that strong on here, a normal dash would be better than HDash here.
00:47:148 (7) - Adding a HDash to this would be nice for the pitch change in the vocal.
00:54:255 (5) - Maybe do a 1/3 slider followed by a circle on the 2/3 with a dash to it, for the vocal strength, whilst the second word is stronger the first one is still pretty strong.
01:01:835 (5) - ^
01:09:414 (3) - x:320, to make a more comfortable curve movement in the notes here.
01:11:309 (3) - x:352 would be nice for some vocal emphasis on this note as well as the HDashed note here.
This difficulty is a lot nicer than the rest of the set, honestly.
Alright, done.
