I'm having trouble running stable on osu! and i don't see why and what the minimum requirement should be to run stable.
My friend runs osu stable on a shitty old laptop.
Whistle I'm having lags and stutter

Pc specs:
i7 5820k
1080 8gb
16gb ram @2133mhz

What's your framerate and ms on stable? Stuttering in the library is sort of normal, especially if you have new maps installed

But it repeatedly stutters and drops.

Have you tried turning on compatibility mode?

Yes it just gives more inputlag.
But i fixed the problem.
Uninstalled AVG

Try uninstall AVG if you have and replace it with something else. It stopped lagging after i got ride of that crap.
