Hello :3
mod
[General]
  1. Fix BG resolution to 1366x768.(it's 1365x768 now)
[Oni]
  1. 00:00:742 (2) - 00:02:197 (12) - 00:03:651 (20) - add finishers? Those sounds are as strong as 00:00:561 (1) - .
  2. 00:06:106 (37,38) - delete? It would emphasize 00:06:015 (36) - .
  3. 00:06:379 ~ 00:18:015 - Consider focusing diversity of rhythms.

    • For exsample:
    1. 00:08:379 - add 1/4 kk + 00:08:561 (50,51) - change to dd + 00:08:833 (52) - move to 00:08:742 - ? It would show the guitar.
    2. 00:10:106 (59) - change to k + move to 00:10:197 - ? It would show the guitar.
    3. 00:11:651 - add d? It would fit to drum.
    4. 00:13:106 - 00:14:561 - add k? It would show the guitar.
  4. 01:39:470 ~ 01:51:106 - ^
  5. 04:39:833 ~ 04:45:651 - similarly as ^
  6. 04:51:470 ~ 04:57:288 - similarly as ^
  7. 00:28:015 (174,175,176) - remove those finisher + change to kkk? The sounds are weak so d with finishers are not to match imo.
  8. 01:11:924 (459) - move to 01:12:015 - ? It's weird a little to put same rhythm as 01:10:379 (447,448,449,450) - for me because the rhythm of vocal is different.
  9. 01:23:561 (546) - same rhythm as ^
  10. 02:45:015 (1037) - same rhythm as ^
  11. 02:56:651 (1124) - same rhythm as ^
  12. 04:10:833 (98) - same rhythm as ^
  13. 04:22:470 (186) - same rhythm as ^
  14. 01:28:379 - 01:29:470 - 01:31:288 - 01:32:379 - add circles? It would fit to the drums that hear clearly.
  15. 03:01:470 - 03:02:561 - 03:04:379 - 03:05:470 - ^
  16. 04:27:288 - 04:28:379 - 04:30:197 - 04:31:288 - ^
  17. 01:36:561 (624) - remove the finisher? It would emphasize more 01:36:924 (625) - .
  18. 03:09:651 (1202) - ^
  19. 02:31:833 (961,962) - remove those finishers + 02:32:197 (963) - add finisher? I think it's suitable for strength difference of sounds.
  20. 02:33:288 (966,967) - 02:33:833 (968,969) - ^
  21. 03:22:742 (1308,1309,1310,1311,1312,1313,1314,1315,1316,1317,1318,1319,1320,1321,1322,1323) - I think it sounds like 1/4.
  22. 03:27:651 (1362,1363,1364,1365,1366,1367,1368) - ctrl+g? It would match more to melody.

good luck for app!

^ I will find a better one

  1. 00:00:742 (2) - 00:02:197 (12) - 00:03:651 (20) - add finishers? Those sounds are as strong as 00:00:561 (1) - .
^ Overemphasizing takes away finisher impact

  6. 04:51:470 ~ 04:57:288 - similarly as ^
^Partially accepted, I tend to make my own rhythm here to have a better cohesion with the song.
  7. 00:28:015 (174,175,176) - remove those finisher + change to kkk? The sounds are weak so d with finishers are not to match imo.
^Agreed remove finisher, but I made it ddk
  8. 01:11:924 (459) - move to 01:12:015 - ? It's weird a little to put same rhythm as 01:10:379 (447,448,449,450) - for me because the rhythm of vocal is different.

  9. 01:23:561 (546) - same rhythm as ^

  11. 02:56:651 (1124) - same rhythm as ^

  16. 04:27:288 - 04:28:379 - 04:30:197 - 04:31:288 - ^
^Density buffer here, will need to ask for more opinion
  17. 01:36:561 (624) - remove the finisher? It would emphasize more 01:36:924 (625) - .
^Finisher for emphasis finish of the chorus part. As well for instrument
  18. 03:09:651 (1202) - ^
  19. 02:31:833 (961,962) - remove those finishers + 02:32:197 (963) - add finisher? I think it's suitable for strength difference of sounds.
  20. 02:33:288 (966,967) - 02:33:833 (968,969) - ^
^I discussed this problem with iloveyou4ever, but I decided to keep it for consistency.
  21. 03:22:742 (1308,1309,1310,1311,1312,1313,1314,1315,1316,1317,1318,1319,1320,1321,1322,1323) - I think it sounds like 1/4.
^It is 1/4, but playing at 100% speed, the guitar feels like 1/6. Moreover, if the part is changed to 1/4, it cannot show that 03:22:561 (1313,1330) - are different part. These 1/6s act as a transition part.
  22. 03:27:651 (1362,1363,1364,1365,1366,1367,1368) - ctrl+g? It would match more to melody.
    ^no change, 03:27:742 (1369,1370) - is a dropping pitch

good luck for app!
Thanks for mod.

hello o/

00:05:346 (32) - change to d ? the pitch is as low as 00:05:528 (33) -
00:16:800 (105,106) - has the same tone as 00:17:346 (107,108) - both of them should be d K
00:40:982 (266,267,268,269) - change to kddk ? there's a tone down in the rhyme
00:59:891 (383,384,385,386) - same reason as above
01:01:346 (391,392,393,394) - same reason as above
01:10:073 (445,446,447,448) - dkdk would emphasize better than kkkk
01:21:709 (532,533,534,535) - same reason as above
01:50:800 (716,717,718,719,720) - change to kkdkd ? it would represent the guitar better
02:14:073 (845,846,847,848) - change to kddk, same reason as 00:40:982 (266,267,268,269) -
02:15:528 (854,855,856,857,858) - change to kkddk ? went from high to low, but it's slightly higher at the end
04:08:982 (84,85,86,87) - same reason as 01:10:073 (445,446,447,448)
04:20:619 (172,173,174,175) - same reason as above

You might be referring the fade-out effect but that isn't going to make me change the pattern.

00:59:891 (383,384,385,386) - same reason as above
01:01:346 (391,392,393,394) - same reason as above

all have the same pitch

I won't say this is a bad mod because you give reasons for the points, it is just not suitable for my mapping concept on this map. Anyway thanks for modding. :)

omg long time no mod
[General]
  1. 05:04:255 - x2.00 is too fast for HR/DT/HRDT I think :3
[Oni]
  1. 00:16:800 (105,106,107,108) - DK KK or KK KK - 前面DK是因為音效很明顯, 後面KK是因為他們聽起來是一樣的
  2. 00:23:346 (145) - k to keep consistent? [00:20:437 (126,127,128)]
  3. 00:39:982 (257,262) - Ctrl+G ?_? That sounds better imo
  4. 00:46:800 (300) - should be k (because the loud clap), so i suggest u change them to ddkdk or ddkkk
  5. 01:02:800 (399) - Remove finisher or just remove - I guess you're not following the voice this part, it's more like that youre following the instruments. because of that, the note (399) is not necessary
  6. 01:35:346 (619,620,621) - k d k because the sound at 01:35:346 which sounds like cymbals
  7. 01:35:891 (623,624,625) - d d k ^ , also do that can follow 01:36:073 - 01:36:437 better
  8. 01:38:255 (634,635) - DD or KK because they sound same, I like KK more <3
  9. 02:00:982 (757) - should be k (because the loud clap), so i suggest u change them to ddkkk
  10. 02:02:255 (761) - shouldn't be D, there's no sound like 前面三顆 <- 求翻譯
  11. 02:32:437 - It would be nice if u add a K here ?A?
  12. 03:08:437 (1204) - suggest change to k, reason same as 01:35:346
  13. 04:05:528 (68,69) - K K?
  14. 05:02:982 (156) - d - no reason to use k, the guitar lower than (155)

2017-07-23 16:06 Chromoxx: just had to reply to someone
2017-07-23 16:06 Chromoxx: SV seems a bit too high
2017-07-23 16:11 Chocola_2287: SV is intended
2017-07-23 16:11 Chromoxx: i know its intended
2017-07-23 16:11 Chromoxx: but it doesn't fit
2017-07-23 16:11 Chromoxx: the song
2017-07-23 16:11 Chromoxx: style is pretty interesting, there's quite a few things to be improved on tho
2017-07-23 16:12 Chocola_2287: the SV is implied by the mood
2017-07-23 16:12 Chromoxx: the song is a pretty normal slow pace
2017-07-23 16:12 Chromoxx: and some sections are even really slow
2017-07-23 16:13 Chromoxx: and it's all 1.15x.... it doesn't fit whatsoever

2017-07-23 16:13 Chromoxx: 01:03:891 - these sliders eclipse the following note, so i'd suggest nerfing the SV on them a bit
2017-07-23 16:14 Chocola_2287: x2.0 would work?
2017-07-23 16:14 Chromoxx: 01:04:255 - shorten to here so that it ends on the "ki" of kitto
2017-07-23 16:14 Chromoxx: and then make 2.0x maybe
2017-07-23 16:15 Chromoxx: whatever SV the next note is still fully visible at
2017-07-23 16:15 Chocola_2287: ok fixed
2017-07-23 16:16 Chromoxx: same goes for the ones before the other kiais
2017-07-23 16:16 Chromoxx: 01:52:437 - these 1/6 are kinda over the top, since there isn't anything close to it in the music
2017-07-23 16:16 Chromoxx: 01:54:073 - finisher for notes like this?
2017-07-23 16:17 Chocola_2287: the 1/6 are following string instrument
2017-07-23 16:17 Chocola_2287: finisher one is good, fixed
2017-07-23 16:17 Chocola_2287: but I am struggling on it being consistent with 01:51:164 (720) - or not
2017-07-23 16:17 Chromoxx: 02:31:891 - the finishers here are kinda the wrong way rount
2017-07-23 16:18 Chocola_2287: 02:31:891 - I discussed about that with other modders, but I prefer being consistent with similar part in verse 1
2017-07-23 16:18 Chromoxx: 02:32:255 - really strong crash here, yet no finisher... but finishers on the medium strong vocals before?!?
2017-07-23 16:18 Chromoxx: there is no need to be consistent when the music is different...........................................................................................................................#
2017-07-23 16:19 Chocola_2287: 00:58:800 (379) -
2017-07-23 16:19 Chocola_2287: I mean this part
2017-07-23 16:19 Chromoxx: yes, in this part the crashes are on the dons
2017-07-23 16:19 Chromoxx: in the next part they are on the kats
2017-07-23 16:20 Chromoxx: the music is different, so why map it the same when the song has a specific contrast between both parts
2017-07-23 16:21 Chocola_2287:
2017-07-23 16:21 Chocola_2287: fixed
2017-07-23 16:22 Chromoxx: 03:09:709 - in this part i'd rethink the finisher usage maybe and only use it on 03:10:073 - 03:10:982 - 03:11:346 - 03:11:528 - where the crashes occur
2017-07-23 16:22 Chromoxx: 03:22:800 - some people will probably argue against these 1/6 since the music is technically 1/4.. i find them ok though tbh since they add nice emphasis
2017-07-23 16:23 Chromoxx: 03:28:255 - i'd suggest cutting the stream here since theres a held out sound and the 1/4 kinda stops..
2017-07-23 16:24 Chocola_2287: 03:09:709- But I have to take care with vocal too
2017-07-23 16:24 Chromoxx: 03:28:346 - 03:28:346 - delete these notes and make 03:28:437 - kkd, would work very well
2017-07-23 16:24 Chromoxx: i know you wanna emphasize the vocals there but having 2 different types of sound where one is noticably stronger mapped the same is never good
2017-07-23 16:25 Chromoxx: and the vocals aren't strong enough to warrant finishers when compared to the crashes tbh
2017-07-23 16:25 Chromoxx: 03:29:528 - you could add dkkd 1/6 here
2017-07-23 16:26 Chromoxx: 03:39:346 - missing drum hits like you did here is kinda weird, i know you wanna add some kind of 1 2 1 2 variety but i feel like the notes at 03:41:346 - etc. already contribute enough
2017-07-23 16:26 Chocola_2287: btw you mentioned 03:28:346 twice
2017-07-23 16:26 Chromoxx: no need to miss out drums
2017-07-23 16:27 Chromoxx: 03:28:709 - 2nd one is this
2017-07-23 16:27 Chromoxx: sry
2017-07-23 16:28 Chromoxx: 03:59:346 - could add another D here cos of the crash
2017-07-23 16:28 Chocola_2287: tho I disagree deleting 03:28:346 - this note because fx is still going on
2017-07-23 16:29 Chocola_2287: ^ fixed
2017-07-23 16:29 Chromoxx: the synth is kinda taking a break there though so i would definitely suggest deleting 03:28:346 -
2017-07-23 16:29 Chromoxx: but if you don't want to, just 03:28:709 - is fine too
2017-07-23 16:30 Chocola_2287: I definitely hear the synth in 03:28:346
2017-07-23 16:30 Chromoxx: anyway, i gtg for now.. i'd suggest having a look for similar things to what i pointed out in the later parts of the map too
2017-07-23 16:30 Chromoxx: but in general it's pretty interesting
2017-07-23 16:31 Chocola_2287: ok, thanks for in-game check for now

02:33:528 (974) - move to 02:33:709 ? It would emphasize 02:33:891 (975) >I tend to be consistent with 02:31:891 (968,969) - , 00:58:800 (379,380) -

03:16:164 - add k and 03:16:346 - add d? I heard the guitar sounds >has to be consistent with 03:13:164 (1232,1233) -

03:27:982 (1373,1374,1375,1376,1377,1378,1379,1380) - change to ddk_d_kkd? >Nope, the guitar did not break here.
03:29:528 (1389,1390,1391) - change to dkkd 1/6?
I think it's suitable for the guitar sounds >It is overemphasizing tbh, I need to have more opinions about it. Following too much fxs causes the patterns somehow out of tunes.

04:51:255 (77) - change to d? It would fit to the effecter sounds >I prefer simple patterns here since it is the epilogue of the song.

good luck for app (๑´╹ᴗ╹`๑)

my part of the M4M as requested

Overall fine (a bit unusual) but undermapped style to me
Also I think it lacks big notes, some random examples from the beginning : - 00:29:709 (185) -/- 00:52:982 (339) -/- 01:04:619 (403) -/ etc.

[Oni]

*- 00:08:437 (48,49,50,51,52,53) – try kk dkkd instead of kkdk kd ? plays better imo, also it seems weird to dodge - 00:08:800 – from the melody

*- 00:11:619 (69) – move this to - 00:11:709 – as d? again ^, important sound missed at - 00:11:709 -

*- 00:17:528 (108,109,110,111,112) – maybe swap colors? => D kkkd, I see you try to keep simple mono color patterns but kkkd would emphasize - 00:18:073 (112) – which deserves it

*- 00:29:164 (179,180,181,182) – I don’t mind it but I don’t hear any 1/6 so good luck with the BNs kek (ok there is similar stuff pretty much everywhere tho)

*- 00:35:255 (224,225) – maybe swap colors ? logic with - 00:32:437 (204) -/- 00:38:255 (245) – that are k

*- 00:40:528 (262,263,264) – remove those 3 and add finishers on - 00:40:437 (261) – and - 00:41:346 (270) - ? those 2 really lack the emphasize they deserve imo

*- 01:29:528 -/- 01:32:437 – add k? flows better than the 5-plets alone to me, also it is heavily supported by the song

*- 01:41:528 (656,657,658,659,660,661) - / - 01:44:437 (674,675,676,677,678,679) – refer to 1st/2nd suggestions

*- 01:51:891 -/- 01:54:800 – k ? feels a bit empty while the song isn’t, it doesn’t hurt the following density change that much either

*- 01:59:528 (747) – move to - 01:59:709 - ? sounds better than avoiding the vocal imo

*- 02:08:164 (802,803,804,805) – refer to the 35 sec suggestion, same for - 02:13:619 (842,843,844) – I guess

*- 02:25:346 (919,920,921) – kkkd 1/6 instead ? I think that would support more your double 1/6 choice at - 00:52:255 (331,332,333,334) – for consistency

*- 03:02:619 -/- 03:05:528 – k if you applied the same suggestion in the previous kiai

*- 03:21:528 (1303,1304) -/- 03:22:164 (1310,1311) – free 1/8 keepo

*- 04:00:982 (65) – this would support the song in a better way as a spinner or slider I think, ending before - 04:02:073 – with a k there ?

*- 04:28:437 -/- 04:31:346 – k suggestion again hue

*- 04:41:891 (12,13,14,15,16,17) – kk dkdd ? - 04:44:800 (30,31,32,33,34,35) – kkd kdd ? following my earlier suggestions on similar parts
