Recently stuck at streaming....I have watched some videos about how to improve streaming skills.
I'm not saying they are not working for me but I've tried to loosen my fingers' strength while streaming and it didn't work. (I spent days to practice streaming 200+bpm before posting this thread)
By the way I can single-tap image material...so it really pisses me off not being able to stream.
Currently using blue switches keyboard.

Anyone would like to share their own experience?

Relax your finger while streaming, if you press the buttons through the bottom of your keyboard your finger muscles get stiff and you will loose speed

Try this map maybe. Personally I think the streams are good for practice

You have to know why you have problems. Reading, tap, aim, timming...
You probably are using wrist to tap. Let your hand stretched and use only finger tips resting on the keys. Don't move the hand and stream like that to get used. Never stop touch the keys. 160 BPM it's great to práctice it. Try to have some angle at your elbow to get more stamina and speed.
Ir you have problems starting the streams turn music and sounds to 0, just to learn how to read properly. Then use music timming, beats and stream flow to acc. .
Ir you can do first and last streams circles work on reading. You can use cursor speed to read streams instead just eyes on each circle.
Try to follow slidders to the end at right timming to get used to do the same at streams, so you don't even need music to stream.
You can also try to start at such low bpm where you can SS really easy and edit the map to up it slowly.

Don't práctice the same bpm for so long, change it or you will build strong muscle memory and will be really hard move from there.

Deathstream compilation maps are awesome to practice, because the bpm change really often and there are tons of singletaps and stacked to get the song rhythms. Force you to learn to read properly.
Btw use easy stream maps 4* what you can SS to use exactly same finger movement at hsrdest maps, moving from 4* to 7* all the time, just right after play them to keep the finger coordination.
Old stream maps requires good finger control. Work on those what you have the worst acc.

Good maps:

Any chances that the height of my chairs/table affect my gameplay? I can't really get a comfortable posture to place my hands.

wait, that's true? I thought it was a joke when it came to fps games. I'm not sure about osu but really?

Anyway, now I'm thinking about loosening my fingers, but it's quite hard to get used to the strength. Sometimes I can't trigger the keys.
I'm still adjusting my hands' position like above the table or stick the wrist to the table to see how would it work out for me.

At least right now sticking my left hand against my table seems to work for me.

Totally. Overall if you have tons of shit misses even reading well, could be the problem.

For me personally, I notice that whenever I play fast bpm streaming maps I start getting inconsistent even if I go back to slower bpm maps, so when I warm up, I play around 160-170 bpm maps with a bit of streams, and then go up with consistency.

Overall, I stream better with ring+index over middle+index.

I can't stream 200 bpm consistently as well, but hey, I believe being able to do long 160-180 streams consistently is good, so no rush.

Just keep playing, have fun and don't overthink it and eventually the speed will come with time. :D
