Quick question, does the visual mods give some sort of score bonus or is it just there for the convenience of players who uses them?

Mods dont give bonuses in Mania Score v2

I created an alt a while back and apologized. They thanked me for being honest but said I had no second chances. Would this be considered a violation of osu!'s rules? (In regards to the cup of course) 
In 2017 came great players, I really want to see the matches of this championship

since it's going to be used, what is scoreV2 in mania currently like? Can I find a documentation of it's current mathematics (score calculation ect) anywhere?

dont know the full list but heres a TLDR for others that might be unfimilliar with v2 alltogether
LNs have 2 judgement points and give 2 combo, so making a mistake on an ln hits harder on your score and accuracy
Regular 300s are not 100% but 98,36% so accuracy is lower and you'll probably not see a single SS
I also heard that combo has a higher effect on your score, but after some minor testing I dont notice this change
