Hello from modding queue

Based on my rules I'll be only modding the diffs you created. I want you to improve.

[Insane]

00:20:094 (1) - Could be NC kinda like at 00:21:848 (1) -
00:27:107 (3) - So distinctive in the music surprised it wasn't mapped out, same goes for most part but it's whatever
00:28:860 (1) - Could be NC to follow that 4 - note sound. Also not sure why this spacing was so much larger 00:28:860 (1,2,3,4) - than at 00:31:978 (1,2,3,4) - especially when the spacing at 31 is similiar to 00:35:094 (4,5,6,7) - Quite inconsistent
00:31:978 (1) - Same as ^ here
00:40:939 (2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - Could be same here, spacing seems so sporadic without there being a little bit of emphasis in the music. The only ones were at (4) and the NC
00:49:705 (6,1) - Spacing here is strange, (6) has the strong beat indicator in the music but then you hit (1) with a bigger spacing but in the music it's more soft than how (6) was. So having them somewhat like 00:47:562 (5,6,7,8) - makes more sense
01:05:484 (1,2,3,4) - Really strange time to introduce these 1/4 type sliders onto players. They';d probably make sense in the kiai but this is sprung at the end of the song. This type of sound has occured many times in the song but you chose to do them last which defeats the purpose of having a kiai
01:15:614 (5) - Ending on 5% with a somewhat strong sound indicator seems out of the ordinary.

Nothing more, hard has the same components as insane rhythm wise so not much more to say.

Also, I don't feel like 1/4 sliders are indicative of a kiai part, but I understand your point. I think they play really good tbh but a lot of people have pointed this out in previous mods... IDK WHAT TO DO FDHJSFHJKSD REMAP??

00:01:198 (1) - can't have clickable objects silenced like that, these are suppose to give feedback to player and they don't really do that now. I understand that it's pretty quiet, but you shoulda just mapped from the place where it's louder or just do it like other diffs, increasing the volume to like 15-20 would be easiest fix I guess..

00:26:913 (2) - 00:30:030 (2) - etc... should lower volume or silence on slider ends which don't really have a note there, you're kinda giving false feedback that there actually is something in the music, since you silence slider ends a lot in this map you're probably aware of that.

00:26:523 (1) - 00:29:640 (1) - similar as above

00:38:893 - 00:41:085 - 00:42:010 - 00:44:007 -lower volume for same reasons, gonna stop checking for these now, recheck your whole map for them

00:24:965 (1,2,3) - rhythm could be better if you also followed the 3/4 blue ticks, you're currently following the melody of the whistle but ignoring half the beats, which is just too confusing and makes little sense to me. to not make it too hard you could just use sliders

00:42:107 (1,2) - pretty sudden 1/4 gap, you always had 1/2 rhythms with this spacing, so it's misleading

00:14:055 - not very intuitive rhythm since you followed the other instrument and switching so suddenly is not that great here
00:17:172 (1) - same

ok so I got to kiai and notice that you're using extremely long 1/2 chains which aren't really something you'd use in a normal, but an advanced diff, I highly suggest adding small 1/1 breaks in between your chains, something like http://i.imgur.com/CdpWbaO.png works (this example starts at 00:26:523 (1) - )

00:58:081 (2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1) - applies to this too, it's pretty calm part but it's mapped so intense zzz

Second, those sounds on the blue tick are just "echos" of the initial sound and I don't think that warrants them to be clickable. I think the part can be mapped either way and its more subjective than people have made it out to be.

I just want to make some notes about Vanilla's diff that I'm having concerns about (now that I think about it) and I just have a bad feeling about the concept overall. I'm 99% sure that if something like this gets qualified, it will just crash and burn (not really, but there will be issues that pop up) and I just want to prevent that from happening. I think it's possible but it's going to be a long process imo, mainly because I've asked around a lot but I haven't gotten any straight answers.

Also, I don't see a reason for the gradual SV changes other than the fact that it "looks cool" (which it really does). The sounds in the song are identical, yet the objects don't portray that.

00:28:666 (4) - I hear whistles for 00:28:276 (2,3) - but not 00:28:666 (4) - , goes for all of those same parts in the first kiai

There's more issues, but just in my personal opinion I don't agree with the hitsound placement, if you understand my concerns, we can just use the same hitsound structure used in the other diffs, it would take only 1 minute to fix. The way they are right now is really tough on the player and can cause a lot of confusion

ok so I got to kiai and notice that you're using extremely long 1/2 chains which aren't really something you'd use in a normal, but an advanced diff, I highly suggest adding small 1/1 breaks in between your chains, something like http://i.imgur.com/CdpWbaO.png works (this example starts at 00:26:523 (1) - )

00:58:081 (2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1) - applies to this too, it's pretty calm part but it's mapped so intense zzz

agree with everything above i already talked with ora about this i knew rythym was little intest i changed patterns like u showed through rest of map and made it more simple i hope x) ( was planning to do this i knew someone will poiint this :p)

on additional note for normal diff, try to avoid overlapping notes for such low diff, 00:22:432 (2,1) - 00:30:419 (3,1) - 00:59:055 (4,1) - 01:05:289 (3,1) - 01:11:523 (3,1) -

fixed hitsounds for vanilla's banana, and added some volume changes that I used in the other diffs (gradual increase here: 01:12:497 - 01:13:276 - 01:14:055 - 01:14:835 - and decrease 01:15:614 (1) - )

As per your request I checked the whole set and I only have one concern in Vanilla's difficulty:

I don't think patterns like 00:28:081 (1,2,3,4,1) - should be allowed. The slider track is silenced and so is the the slider tail. In this case why not just use circles if you are going to mute everything? Not to mention that the sliders end on 1/8 ticks which makes absolutely no sense because the little buzzing sounds those sliders are supposed to follow always end on the blue 1/4 ticks. Not to mention that the way the sliders are stacked on one another makes it harder to read (since everything is silenced, there is no real audio feedback so the player mainly has to rely on what he sees).

I advise you to find an alternative to those patterns, or at least make sure the sliders are snapped on those 1/4 blue ticks. Those 1/8 snaps make absolutely no sense.

Other patterns concerned by this issue:

00:28:081 (1,2,3,4,1) -
00:31:198 (1,2,3,4,1) -
00:37:432 (1,2,3,4) - only for the 1/8 snapping
00:43:666 (1,2,3) - only for the 1/8 snapping

Hitsounds should be better now, followed instruments with whistles for the beginning/end. You will need to redownload because I added a 3rd custom sample

ah yeah I see what you mean, but the entire entry section is a buildup, so as the song gets louder and more 'intense' the rhythm choices are more precise (at least thats how i interpreted it) but if its a serious issue I can definitely change some stuff around to make it work better.

In response to @kurai, the sliders and circles for the kiai represents different sounds in the music (for example: 00:28:081 (1,1,1,1) - vs. 00:28:861 (1,2,3,4) - ) . The sliders represent the humming noise while the circles represent the other solid instruments that are introduced. Idk if that's enough explaination, and as far as play-ability I feel like the pattern is characteristic for the way the overall map was mapped. It's fine if you disagree with it though because it's subjective. I also see the concern for 1/8 but there are 1/8 throughout the entire map and they are all playable. I also think the low bpm of the music makes those 1/8 ticks playable. Thanks for looking at the map and giving your input :^)
