  2. 00:20:222 (4,5,6) - Triples in a normal... I mean bpm is low but this is a lot of click strain for sounds that aren't strong. This is a Hard+ level of rhythm complexity and tbh I recommend changing these all to something else. i think grumd gave me his reasoning on why i should change to that, something about giving players more of a "heads up" to the rhythm change. i think his irc mod post a few posts back on this thread mentions just that; looking back at it now though, i can see why that's not a good idea at all lol, thanks

  4. 00:32:784 (1,2,3,4,5) - This rhythm isn't as good as 00:35:038 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - imo. In the latter the 4,5,6 are emphasized more due to different clicking, but in the former they're all just... circles.. and there's no differentiation of rhythm. i think i fixed it, but keep in mind that the first slider in that section (kiai) starts in a white tick, then goes to the red tick to keep vocal mapping, so i couldn't do 100% what you wanted here, that or i misunderstood your point with flying colours >.<
  5. 00:37:615 (1) - Small visual thing but it looks like the end of this is like a stub, could you make the red point closer to the start? Would look better imo. was redoing some of the slider shapes and i fixed this before reading your suggestion lol ;w;
  6. 01:01:022 (1,2,3,4,1) - Could really tidy up this pentagon. i think i did what you wanted? picture/visual representation of what you mean would help fadfs
  7. 01:04:565 (1,2,3) - Could improve visual distance by moving 2 a bit. redid some sliders before doing your thing but i think i did what you asked

I would really recommend nerfing this as there haven't been any jumps of this intensity anywhere else for stronger sounds even. 3.47x lol. :arrow: Well it's not a circle to circle jump so DS doesnt really measure how intense the jump is. Nerfed I think.
  5. 00:32:140 (1,1) - One pixel though.. :c :arrow: I think its more like 3 or 4 but ya
  6. 00:34:072 (4) - Again this is really big but more justified. I would recommend staying under 3x DS for jumps because these are almost half-screen jumps in a Hyper diff.. :arrow: Having this be a repeat slider, it gives more recovery. Further more, the jump is justified because it is A) the chorus, B) an intense part of the music and C) all of the above \:D/

On this point, while yes I do agree there should be intermediate 1/4, my point was more this is more like the only 1/4 you use. It's very sudden and considering you only used one triple in the map prior it's like... really sudden to have such a long stream. I think making more triples would help this more to give the player an idea of "hey this map will use some 1/4 in it so be prepared" but atm it doesn't really do that until the end where it's too late.

Is this even 1/4 :thinking:, well whatever it is I think you get my point. :3

Oh no I understand your point! It's 1/3 I believe. Also, it's very slow and the DS is heavily reduced, so while yes, it's kind of a surprise, it's not an earth shattering one, and I think players should be okay.

added mir's insane and tried to fix some of the issues on mk's mod on my behalf, seeing as how he's super afk atm
thanks for the mods;; know that i fixed mostly everything for the most part since i applied things that made sense to me, while also trying to keep mk's desired idea in mind as best as i could

Hey, thanks for following up on that; and to reply to your proposal: I'd think that we're pretty close to ranking this, meaning that I'd need to leave your diff outside the map :<

updated all (including bery since we kinda talked over the only two points that you gave; in short we applied the first one while denying the second >.<) it's also worth noting that i tried to make the hitsounding on some diffs be more consistent (i.e; mkguh, my normal, bery's easy (with permission) and renbery's beginner) and did a major aesthetic remap of normal while keeping the same rhythm for the most part and self-modding along the way; hopefully it's better than my one-year old mapping of this!

00:13:297 (1,2) - Feels a bit too close together for your regular structure. Consider 1's placement in relation to 00:13:941 (3) - and try and reposition 2 to respect this visual distance.

Pretty clean patterns overall. I think the set could still benefit from some minor polishing, like fixing blankets, avoiding unnecessary / unclean overlaps, etc... feel free to ask for another mod or two, or go over the set yourself and self-mod. You can call me back when you feel the set is ready, but I won't be happy if I see blanket issues still, cuz they're not something I should be pointing out :P. right, thanks a lot!

Right off the bat i can't help but feel that there is some pretty drastic spacing in the beginning that is more unwarranted than not. Ex: 00:02:346 (2,3) 00:07:499 (2,3) 00:11:847 (5,6,7,1) Just to name a few. The reason i find this more of a problem is because the intensity of the song is a lot more mellow and calm in this section, and these points with high spacing go against that quite a bit. The majority of the beginning section has fairly consistent and rational spacing, so i think it may be a good idea to accommodate the spacing between some of these parts with the song.
00:29:885 (5,6,1) - The spacing between these objects is kinda short compared to the patters similar. I recommend adjusting the spacing just a bit to keep consistent.
00:34:716 (3,4) - Personally, i feel that a slider is more appropriate to use here instead of two stacked circles. I think a slider would accommodate the vocals better.
00:52:648 (2) - The beginning of this section right here has very prominent vocals but the rhythms you mapped to seem to brush it off quite a bit. I feel that the vocals deserved to be mapped more than the other rhythms present at this part ending at around here 00:54:902 (1).
01:03:599 (1,2,3) - Not a big deal, but this looks a bit cluttered and could possibly create some sort of unintentional reading difficulty.

00:39:065 (3,4) - The circle into this slider is kinda awkward because it does not necessarily flow into its body. It looks kinda of strange on top of that. I know the slider is also parallel to 00:40:192 (1), but for the sake of aesthetics and keeping a flow consistent to the rest of the map, I think it may be nice to consider editing these sliders a bit.

At least put in the effort to explain yourself and your points, most of your mods just consist of "far" or "too close" or "curve?" and it doesn't explain anything about why to the mapper. In my case, I don't see what your point is so I don't wanna do it.

Hi! Mod as requested on my queue. I really feel the mapset good enough (also I could say ready for rank) but I still can give you some little suggestions that could help.
Also don't worry about moding my map, I'm still waiting for the GD but ty anyways :P

Just a comment: What about the name? Idk if it's from some TV program but if it's the case you should use (TV Size) instead. Other case you should try Short Ver.

  4. 00:17:967 (2) - this reverse slider is a little hard. I know you're making this a little more interesting than the beginner one but you should still follow the Easy criteria about this kind of sliders :3
  5. 00:53:292 (3) - considering the SV on the diff I think these reverses are a little hard to follow for novice players, consider they're not familiarized with this kind of sliders and could easily get a slider break on there. Try using slider + circle instead :P
  6. 01:13:906 (3) - Same comment about reverses, also this slider is a little strange for new players D:

  2. 00:17:001 (5,6,1) - hmmm this feels a little strange. This rest the smooth through the whole map, maybe you could make the spacing between 00:17:001 (5,6) - a little closer
  3. 00:29:885 (5,6,1) - ^ just a little more could be enough imo
  4. 00:40:192 (1) - use finish + clap at the end of the slider
  5. 01:16:805 (2,3,4,5) - the jump between them is fun, but could make a little more closer 4 and 5 to don't break the calm flow through the song
