Hi Mr. Monstrata!
This is the map that I'll be looking forward to getting your mod Maaya Sakamoto - Shiawase ni Tsuite Watashi ga Shitteiru Itsutsu no Houhou
Yes, the title is very long but the map itself isn't!
As for the map itself, there're some split opinions about the Insane difficulty in the past. Mostly about how I use emphasize (or lack thereof) on the vocal parts. But, after some time rechecking I believe that the problems (or is it really?) is finally solved at the most part. On Insane diff, I use bezier slider on all of slider that is 1/1 or longer, and use bezier slider on some of 1/2 slider.
This song is really "classic" japanese in a way so I think those kind of style is suited the best for the song. Actually, this is my most different map that I've ever created, even compared to some of my experimental maps (though this isn't that many). As I mentioned before, this song has the "classic" feeling in a way so I want to translate it into the style, patterning, rhythm choice, and overall structure of my map.
I use many overlaps (something that I avoid 95% of the time), following drums at the most part, and less triangle based pattern. Some people might call it generic, but I personally think that it isn't It has its own personality out of my other maps, and thats probably why I loved this map so much. I'd even say that this is my most favorite map out of all that I've created so far! Oh, the song itself is very nice even though the anime was average lol. I think that's it, I hope you would consider it!
sorry it's quite long read, I just want to write this lol. Edit : divided into 3 part to make it easier to read
Thanks in advance!
NB : I love this song so much, I mapped it twice. 1 TV size & 1 full ver
