[Archived] Scores could not be retrieved

So, I logged out of osu! just an hour ago and now everytime it says "Scores could not be retrieved".
What's happening?

osu! version: 20170222.3 (latest)

oh, it was global crash of submitting scores, now it's working

I experienced this today until now, is it just me?
can't retrieve or submit score anymore
