[Archived] Osu! won't start! [Windows 10]

Problem Details:
I can't start osu! anymore, I don't get any error message it just does nothing. The repair tool won't work either, and reinstalling won't work aswell because the installer also crashes for some reason.

Already tried:
PC Restart
Use Repair tool
Delete folder and reinstall
