  1. Personally think the OD and HP are too low, suggest to change the OD and HP to 7,5 .
  2. soft-hitwhistle has too many blank sound at the end after the sound itself, here i fix it for you http://puu.sh/v3eHo/24c30175a2.rar .
  3. .png file for bg is rankable, but the size is kinda big, would be better if you replace it with http://puu.sh/v3eP1/64ff06fa7b.jpg , still the same bg but i converted it to .jpg file, so the size isn't that big.

  2. You can add "レム" and "水瀬いのり" to the tags, since there is no space at all in the Artist metadata.

01:57:506 (117506|2) - how about move to 4?
02:42:306 - double note like 02:45:506 (165506|2,165506|0) - 02:48:706 (168706|2,168706|3) - ?
02:51:906 - should be double here as well ^
03:03:706 - piano are pretty obvious here, add?
03:19:506 (199506|3,199706|2,199706|1) - suggest > http://puu.sh/vItUF/e8f0e66c0d.png
