Reminds me of midifighters. Pretty sure they feel real nice too. Aren't they too heavy though? just curious.

Well these are are mechs too and are noisy but dont sound like a keyboard mech.

Sanwa OBSC-30-CWX, non clicking microswitch, 2,8mm terminal.

Hmmmm, quite interesting. I never thought about it for osu!, and it might just work. I'm just a tad bit worried about the space between the two switches, might be uncomfortable for small hands, nevertheless easily fixable anyway.

How about making a prototype/setup for Taiko? Those are the type of buttons I'd like to slam anyway, and taiko (maybe mania too) would be a bit more fun with that :)

I have pretty small hands, the spade between the buttons isn't a problem I got used to it quickly. I have thaught about making this for mania and taiko
but I don't have the money for that right now but this works great for osu!

Chinese arduino clone (pro micro), pretty much no input lag.
