#modreqs
Sorry. I've just only modded your normal diff and found that you might be new in mapping. There are more techniques (now I won't talk about the aesthetics because it's troublesome in some ways for potential mappers) in mapping that you can learn and I shall share some in my short mod.
[General]- Your hitsounding in every diff is messy. I find it quite difficult to follow the beat since it's as if you were spamming your whistles and claps in random places. And you know, it is a rhythm game and hitsounding is very important in it because you can guess approaching notes easily when you feel that you are synchronized with the rhythm but not confused by it. I think you ought to read something like this and re-hitsound again: t/306177.
[Normal]- Check AiMod and fix these distance snaps. Easy/normal diffs for novice players should never have these errors:
- Smoothen your flows, too, esp. at: 00:02:894 (5,1,2) - 00:22:659 (6,7) - 01:23:365 (3,4,5) - . The move should not be too sharp in easier diffs when there's no considerable change in tone or rhythm in order to help the gameplay. Read this for more info: https://osu.ppy.sh/news/61334266941.
+ For example, this is my comparison about the flow at 00:22:659 (6,7) - :
- 00:25:482 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - Overmap. Note density dramatically increased out of nowhere. Consider changing some of them to sliders.
- 00:35:365 (1,3) - 00:36:776 (3,5) - 00:38:188 (5,2) - 00:42:423 (1,3) - 01:24:070 (4,1) - Not good-looking overlaps.
- 00:46:306 (5,1,2,3,4) - Why did you make the SV changed from x1.1 to x1.5 so suddenly? Although it surpassed the AiMod check, the spacing was still horrible for beginners to play with.
- 00:42:423 (1,3) - 00:48:070 (1,3,1,3) - 01:02:541 (2,1,3) - 01:14:894 (3,1) - These sliders were so long that covered nearly all the beats that should have been noted to express the high mood of the song. Chopping them would be better. For instance, something like this:
+ 00:42:423 (1,3) -
+ 01:14:894 (3,1) -
- 00:50:541 - Map this note? A clap note sounds strong here.
- 01:24:776 (1,2,1,1,1,1) - Distance snap error. And you should remove NC at 01:26:541 (1,1,1) - it's somehow nonsense.
Good luck. And I may also mod other diffs if they are good enough. And take a look at hard diff; I think it's the most overmapped diff in your set since the fluctuation of note density is somehow dramatic.
