Not necessarily. I know that the LR2 dans are being changed soon (however long that'll take). As long as they're not changed very often, it should be fine
But I just got done learning what charts are in what dan course in lr2....

The current dans are stepmania meta with the exception of 1-3 (And I made sure that 2-3 generally followed what was to come in dan 4+). Making these more or less official via some sort of profile badge doesn't really fit well with what is currently ranked in osu mania. In my opinion, as it stands, purely by only playing osu ranked you won't ever gain the skills or have the exposure to play higher dans (or even shit like Jepetski's empress). I don't really think it's compatable with ranked osu mania.
Basically what I'm saying is rank everything from stepmania in every style, especially dumps.
