These three sounds similar but it's weird that they have different spacing. I mean different spacing is fine, but you are shortening the distance by half without notable emphasis, so I think you should look into that.

umm nah this is intentional, there are only two drums here starting from 00:24:626 - so i thought a duplet would fit better

00:01:383 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - These are completely inaudible even if hitsounds are at 100% and music at 70% for me. Really, REALLY sure you need to bump this up more. (I have custom hitsounds off, too.)

00:48:049 (1) - This pattern with the 1/1 delay, you used it before after a snare. But now you use it at the start of a measure where there is no snare. I do not think it's recognized as a pattern with the brain if you don't use it in the same circumstance. Then you use it again as well with a kick and new measure, I think it would be beneficial to either change the first one or the last two I just talked about.

01:10:709 (1,2,3,4,5) - Why is spacing so low here? It's the chorus, I understand that you want to use distance for emphasis, but you still need to separate the chorus from the verse/intro in some manner. Flow seems to be random (which isn't bad, just means it can't emphasize well), aesthetics random as well, as well as reading difficulty. Distance would be the best way of going about it and still keeping your style.

01:23:376 (1) - You start NC'ing at these rhythms, yet when they were previously in the song (01:12:543 (3) ) you didn't NC them. Structure emphasis would be on those, since they now become their own pattern, which isn't bad at all. I would say it's best to keep emphasized things, empathized, right? So I would recommend you to NC the first ones that begin at where I linked.

Good map tho! I quite like it.

this repeats a lot so i won't point out all the massive jumps, but i think you need to remake a lot of them to better reflect the actual intensity of the song.

my difficulty was kinda old and was made when i was rather inexperienced so i decided to remap. i considered all mods, changed basically everything from what naotoshi said and yeah...
about the 's thing in my diff name, when a name ends with an "S" you usually dont add an s after the ', as far as i know. i only found examples from "Axarious' difficulty" on a ranked map, he used also only a ' without an S, my name also ends on an S (the way you pronounce my name it does end on S xD) so i think its fine if i call it "Phyloukz' Insane"
