osu! 10k - 50k Country Brawl!

Information:

• osu! standard
• You will play for your country (THIS IS THE FLAG ASSIGNED TO YOUR PROFILE)
• Score V2
• During signup, you must be within the rank barrier
• Tournament will begin exactly 1 week after we have 16 countries (UNLESS IT IS AFTER SIGNUP CLOSE)
• Join discord or your application will not be submitted
• Each country MUST have at least 4 players and will be disqualified if not meeting this standard
• 8 players for each country
• 4v4


Rules:

Round of 16 match rules:

• Score V2
• Round of 16 matches are bo7 (first to 4 wins)
• You are allowed to change 3 players for each map.
• Captains !roll for warmup. Higher roll picks first warmup, lower roll picks second.
Warm up picks have to be under 4:00 long, 4-7 stars, AR8+ and can not be any of the mappool maps.
• Each team is allowed to ban 1 map per match.
Captains !roll for bans. Higher roll decides who bans first.
First team to ban also chooses the first map that is played
• You're not allowed to pick a map from the same mod-pool, that you also picked from, on YOUR OWN last pick (nomod, hidden etc..)
But you can pick multiple maps from the same mod-pool in 1 match. (For example: you can pick a DT map, then nomod and then again a DT map.)
(Another legal example: they pick a DT map, you pick a DT map.) (NOT allowed: you pick a DT map, they pick a nomod, you pick DT again.)
• When a FreeMod map is picked at least one player of each team has to play either Hidden or HardRock.
• If teams are tied after 6 games they play the Tiebreaker (Tiebreaker can't be picked any other way)
Tiebreakers will be played with FreeMod, all players are allowed to use Hidden and/or HardRock but it's not required.
• No map can be played more than once in the same match

• If team does not show up 15 minutes after the scheduled match-time it will be disqualified
• Referees have the final say on everything, don't make them angry :3

You can join with 3 other players if you wish, but if others decide they want to join and they are from your country I can't deny them

A friend from Poland linked me this thread so I thought "why not" however, Ireland doesn't have many players that'd be interested in this. Would there be any chance that I could play for Poland? It also depends if my friends sign up for this.
